Dragon and Dungeon Transition Discussion

So, what about these Forums? I imagine they will be gone soon enough?
And here I was just starting to feel like it was home...

The forums aren't going anywhere.

I'm sorry, I'll clarify.
What about the Dungeon/Dragon forums?

I've been told those forums aren't going anywhere either.

Here's to hoping they'll stay.

So, not to sound stupid but..., without "rights" to the information, won't it be difficult to continue Age of Worms, Savage Tide forums or Dungeons & Dragons general forums? Are you saying it won't infringe on WOTC (they won't complain/interfere) with Paizo's maintenance of such open discussions after September? I find it hard to believe that WOTC would allow Paizo to continue to discuss & promote what will essentially be their products on YOUR website. Come on, you know they're going to force us (or *try* to force us) to visit their own WOTC website to access such topics/information!

Wizards is continuing to allow us to sell back issues and PDFs. These boards support that endeavor.

One could also argue that, since we're not making direct financial gain from the boards, there's a free speech issue here. After all, that's what allows people to discuss Shadowrun or Battlestar Galactica here already....

I'm very, very glad that they are continuing to allow you to sell PDFs of older editions. I guess my corpse may have a shred of life still left in it after all.

Huzzah for Free Speech! At least the A$$wipes at hASSbro haven't figured a way around that...yet.
