Don't go see it, I almost walked out.
You were warned.
(and for those people who want more information, lets just say that is was bad. Some critic wrote that "I guess the best part of the movie was that the actors didn't talk alot." I was trying to think of something that was good in the movie, but I can't. Everything from the music, the acting, the directing, the plot, ...everything was bad.)

Horrible. Simply horrible. And what was up with that screwball ending? It simply made no sense.
Graphic violence? Where? When? They must have saved it for the uncut, soon to be released, dvd version.
I will admit this though, as bad as the movie was: The Viking costumes deserved an 'A' grade. Outstanding.

Durn, you have no soul.
Pathfinder better than 300?!?!
Wow.
I suppose every movie has someone who likes it, I heard that there was someone in MI that liked Spawn, and someone in CA who liked Ishtar. Just by probabilities, there would be someone who liked it. But thanks for warning everyone that read your post that you didn't like 300. That tells pretty much everything we need to know.

I heard someone say "Great scenes and action, but a bad plot." I plan on seeing it sometime because, well, a movie can be just about hot actresses and action sequences. And that's okay.
Oh, and because my roommate is a drama snob and it drives him crazy that I see movies that aren't about deep soul-searches and tearful romances.

That is more or less why I plan to see it too... Some movies have "plot" and "meaning". Others are just for fun (some, of course, have neither - I'm lookin' at you, Matrix 2 and 3), and this seems to fall squarely into the last category.

All I know is that this thread gave several of us at Paizo near-heart attacks when we each first ran across it. I didn't even know the movie existed!
(lol)
I've...been there. I was quitting one job, going to another; hadn't put in the two weeks yet...some guy was talking to my boss about the job opening I was taking, and I didn't know who he was; I though I was bus-ted...

Koldoon wrote:You could always change the thread title to "Pathfinder Movie"Enh, it's in the Movies forum so I doubt anybody will get confused.
On second thought, that's a good idea.
*cough*
I always read the message boards from the Paizo main page. I read the header and thought it was going to be Heathy, Fakey, and other Paizo regulars scoping out who would play who in their dream version of the Pathfinder movie.
I had no doubt that Adam Sandler and the Rock would be at the top of their "dream cast."
