Thank you. I'm trying to get things clear up.

I'm trying to sign up to help out at Gen Con but I got an email today saying I did not send in email reply. I did but something is getting lost in the process.
Who do I contact at Paizo to sign up to help out at Gen Con.

Eric: looking good in the suit and tie! Man you have done great in the last few years. Looking forward to Gen Con this year and what you and the rest of the team is bringing for us.

Both items on your order are ready to go and you're in the queue for shipping. The warehouse team is packaging orders as quickly as they can and your order should be ready to go soon.

I got Oct. shipment pending now for almost a week after I got my email saying that my order is ready. Can I get any type of update on my order please? My FLGS has already got the one of the books I order in the store now. Thank you.

Oh... oops! I apologize for having missed that detail! I have reinstated your subscriptions.

Unfortunately, I do not have the capability to cancel a subscription at some point in the future. I can only cancel a subscription effective immediately. Therefore, once you can received the shipping notification for whatever shipment to you would like to be your last, please send me the cancellation notification then.

Umm I want my October subscription. I just want to end it in November after I got my October subscription. Can you fix that please?

I have no use for them and they are one of the reasons why I cancel my subscription. They are sitting unopened on a table right now with me trying to figure out how to get rid of them or use them.

It appears that you actually had several different Paizo accounts attached to your email address, and the PDF was attached to one of the other ones.

I have merged the various accounts together, and your PDF should now be available.

And there may not be as much savings to be had as you might think, because while you'd save shipping fees, you'd have to pay Indianapolis sales tax instead.

Sales tax of 7% which is be more than my shipping LOL! I see your point. Thank you for the fast reply. Looking forward to seeing you guys next week.

You guys rule. I was thinking about switching to some company that will not be named newer edition but now I'm think I found my new system. Big thumbs up Paizo for making lemonade out some lemons you guys got this week.

If you want to pick and choose than it is not a subscription. My suggestion is do not subscribe to the Chronicles line if you do not want the map folios. Their are no other maps in any subs.

Pathfinder you only get the AP.

Pathfinder modules only the modules.

Pathfinder companion only the companions.

Pathfinder Chronicles - whatever they come up with to support the Adventure paths and the world they are creating to include region books, flavor books like the great beyond, specific monster type books like the upcoming Dragon book, and the map folios.

I suggest buying the Chronicles line separately and subscribing to the rest and then you can pick and choose.

I like getting my pdfs and getting my books early then waiting for a month or two to order them. I will just have to deal with the map packs and just ebay them or pass them on to friends.

I think there should be a way products you do not want in your sub. If I'm understand how the subs work I have to cancel and then re sub back up if I do not want products in my subs like for example the map packs. Ughh. This is a pain for me and for you guys in Customer Service. Can someone let me know of anyway to avoid this?

My feeling is that the Forsaken are the "elves that can be absolutely any way you want" (which is good for chargen and playing purposes). A designer's note to that effect (if that is the case) would have been helpful, though (or maybe I'm just wrong).

There still should have more of a write up about the Forsaken in the book not a re hash what is in the big world book that came out at Gen Con. But I'm liking the rest of the book.

Once you recieve the email that they have shipped (or are going to ship), the 2nd email in the process, you can download the pdfs from your "My Downloads" page at the top of any Paizo.com page. If you got that email and the pdf's aren't there, you might need to post in the Customer Service forum or call or email Cosmo/Alison for assistance.

I expected to Shelyn to be good looking (and was not disappointed), and likewise didn't think Sarenrae would be half bad either.. but the Dawnflower is a beautiful lady indeed.

I love the full illustrations of each diety.
