1 of my friend in the coming campaign want to create a character based in Reddick but we all don't know how to maked I say he is a slayer by strength whit level in assassin's but other said he is a thug rogue whit assassin's, and the gm believe he is a fighter or a rogue dagger master whit assassin's Can I ask you people what is your opinion in this matter
Okay let's me tell you what happens here my gm is going to restart our 26 year of rol (Yea we play epic) but we are going to start at lvl 5 again because he wants to introduce his grandchild to the game, and since we already finished all the adventure in the present he decided to start in the era of legends My background is an orphan Azlant whit unusual eyes (since he allowed for us to use our homebrew race in this campaign) we are going to start at lvl 5 (except for the new members who is going to start at lvl 1) I'm going to be like my previous character but a little different I was a monk/psychic warrior now I'm going to restart as a brawler 3/psychic 2, in my background I prefer the use of trade and communication rater than fighting, so I have the problem what is the best feat can you recommend me to use in this build my stat are str15, dex16, con13, int17, Wis 14, cha16
I know that this is the world that paizo create but some of the mechanic are changed to fit in the game so no matter what gods are the maximum power in the game, but if we look to the history is the titans who create the gods like Cronos and Rhea who give birth to Zeus, Poseidon, hades, Demeter, hestia and Hera; so in your opinion is the tita be less or more powerful than the God's?
My gm is going to take a break since there is a family surprise reunion in his house, so one of my team mate what to master a old AP (i don't know if I can say this here but is going to be Neverwinter nights) of course is going to be deployed in the land of the linnorm king
Ok i know that reincarnated create you a new body and once it Finnish you reincarnated to a new race and maintain your class But in your opinion since the spell create a new body out of nothing do the spell make you to: 1 maintain your bloodline
yesterday i have a game play where a new gm was starting in his first game mastery, well we are playing king maker and 1 of the pc is a ratfolk psychic, when we are at lv 5 we fight a wererats and the gm express to the ratfolk that he is afflicted whit lycanthropy, and we all get stunned by the same question, how much more a ratfolk can transform?
i have the craft tattoo and the mythic craft, i wonder if i take the legendary item ability, can designate a tattoo as my legendary item and possibly my artifact? Second, if I have a pack of wolves trained with my handle animal skill and I am a weretouched wolf, if I get the mythical ability of pack wild shape, this pack can be considered as allies for the concept of becoming hybrids while the effect lasts?.
i have and artifact that i recive at my 12 year. im playing a hard core survival game, where im the only PC in the game vs the GM who direct the game and my party in game are my opponent the rule are simple: i recive 25 buying stats point
so i create this minor artifact but i need the destruction part if you guys can help me in some ideas (its consume me almost all my gold). Necklace of the tribe: this necklace has been passed from generation to generation in secret among the women who will become the spiritual guides of the tribe and it is the responsibility of the next generation to give it a new power once in their life. The necklace grants the following abilities:
This necklace can only be worn by women of the same bloodline and cannot be forcibly removed. Curse:
Any female wearing the necklace who is not of the bloodline will take -10 levels of damage while wearing it regardless of race or sub-race. Any Man wearing the necklace will be permanently turned into a woman and will suffer the same effects mentioned above. If it's a creature that doesn't take level damage effects like undead, elemental, or constructed, it will take 3d6 per minute and all healing effects are cancelled.
i just have a discution whit a fellow bloger and he say that a exploiiter wizard can get the school understanding whitout problem the exploit say:
The arcanist can select one arcane school from any of the schools available to a character with the arcane school wizard class feature, but does not have to select any opposition schools. The arcanist gains one ability of that arcane school as though she were a 1st-level wizard, using her Charisma modifier in place of her Intelligence modifier for this ability. The ability must be one gained at 1st level and is limited in its use per day to 3 + the arcanist’s Charisma modifier. As a swift action, the arcanist can expend 1 point from her arcane reservoir to bolster her understanding, allowing her to treat her arcanist level as her wizard level for the purpose of using this ability for a number of rounds equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 1). During this time, she also gains use of the other ability gained at 1st level for her selected school. She does not gain any other abilities when using this exploit in this way, such as those gained at 8th level. If the arcanist already has an arcane school (or gains one later), taking this exploit instead allows her arcanist levels to stack with the levels of the class that granted the arcane school when determining the powers and abilities of her arcane school. and the ability in the exploiter wizard say Exploiter Exploit: At 1st level and every 4 levels thereafter, the exploiter wizard gains a single arcanist exploit (see page 9). The exploiter wizard uses his wizard level as his arcanist level for determining the effects and DCs of his arcanist exploits. This ability replaces arcane school. So can you still gain the benefit of an arcane school using the school understanding in a exploiter wizard?
Hello everyone one Today I want us to share with joy this passing year by pointing out what was our best story of the year and what was our best character in which they enjoyed The best story I played this year was a parody of the lord of the rings on golarion (homebrew) My best character was a human arcanist 6 / hunter 10
I try to get an idea of what the gods that were mortal before looked like, I know that iomedae was a paladin of aroden and that cayden was either a fighter or a swashbuckler, now I try to think how they were They before transforming into god (build) and what mythical they possessed. What do you think, note is an assumption nothing to do with something official Pathfinder
Hello how are you. My friends want to continue playing the Homebrew role, however my GM wants to take a few days off for family reasons, so I want to release a somewhat unique story The story goes like this: a druid spent most of his life taking care of the forest in which he lived against hunters, loggers and people who wanted to bring civilization to this place. However, he knew that his days are coming to an end so in his last years he decided to awake some trees and animals. And train them (give them some classes based on their experience) to keep protecting their home after he leaves. So far what I have is a big wolf hunter (packmaster) 10, and I'm looking for ideas for a bear, 2 Trent, an eagle and any other species that you can think of The group level is level 16; animals and plants can have between 7- 9hd of creatures and the rest in classes max 12 total, and if you have ideas of a boss I would also like
I am trying to create new languages that are before the azlant empire Until now, I have been given a language called arcanus, which in my opinion is the first language from the moment of creation of everything known (note only 28 words deciphered) You could help me create new language names as my character tries to discover the mysteries of the universe and my GM will give me extra xp points for originality
I just saw in the Mythic Adventure book: Critical Mastery, and I was wondering if being a spell caster using this path when landing a critical hit not only guarantees me the critical but which maximizes it without the need to use the meta magic of maximizing spell, do I get it right or is there a correction somewhere on this issue?
one day I was playing with my friends and I had my arcanist fighting some orcs In Cenotaph when I see that our fighter fall down by the effect of magic I decide to use transformation and fight with his weapon (a 2-handed sword). During the fight I decide to use my dimensional slide, spell tinkerer and my alter enhancements. However, one of the players who is also GM in other stories pointed out that it was not possible to use these effects because they were magical and the GM thought about it for about 20 or 30 min since it did not explain the Spell in this type of case.
Hello friends My GM has allowed us to use a conversion of spells per day to mana points, although I know the formula to calculate the points as the psynic manual wanted them to help me this new form of game and if they think it is good to change something or add something the opinions are received The conversion is as follows is like the hit points but reversed: Sorcerers and the like: 1d12 + bonus mod
At the first level they have the maximum of the dice as the rules of hit points The spells cost the same as those in the psionic manual except that those spells that are not prepared cost 1 extra mana points for each caster level above the spell level Prepared spells cost only 3 point for each caster level above the spell level or 2 points below the spell level but they can indicate how much to spend and additional they can reduce their cost to a lower rank (example fireball level 1) however they cannot cast more of the same spell unless they have another more prepared Feats like spell mastery granted instead of memorizing spells reduces spell increase and reduction costs by 1
I still need to see what other things can be implemented through abilities and feats and what penalty effects can be implemented if mana reaches a certain range or zero (-0 if in sometime it happened)
Hello. I would like to create a background in which my character is the daughter of 2 gods but because she was born from her avatars, she was born as a human (Disney's Hercules style). my question is can you have descendet with the avatars and if yes to the answer, my character would be a demigod or a god. additional I was thinking of giving you 2 basic feats of the mythical manual for free and without requirements to point out your divine descent: marked for glory and mythical companion; Is it okay to put these feats on it or is it something excessive
What it's that capstone more overpower or more what ... you ever seen Yesterday I was checking the book an see the capstone of the healer monk and I say to my self omg; to do a true resurrection to all creatures in 30 ft but you die, no spell can resurrect you not even god, and your name can't be spoken an all writing whit your name are erased.

Well to the case my gm what me to create my new cohort so my friend play them until they decided what to play (since they can't play azlanti and they lv going to be 21+1d8) my gm tell me the rules: 1 all must be women's (since my character is a person who loves women's you know what I mean and I don't know if I can use that word here)
