Hello everyone,
I must first off, apologize for the delay in getting this posted, it has been a rough few weeks and gaming took a low priority. I could give a number of reasons, but what it boils down to is that I’m stepping away from the Paizo site for a while, at least until my life settles down, perhaps longer.
RPing with many of you has been enjoyable, and for those I just started playing with, I wish it could have been longer. For games I’m a PC, feel free to bot or remove my PC however you see fit. For those I am GMing, I leave it up to you to decide if you want to find a replacement or let the game die.
If anyone is interested in a more detailed explanation of what’s going on, feel free to PM me. I may not divulge every personal detail, but I could provide a bit more to those I have spent so much time with.

Zander likewise begins to fowwlow the others, impressed at their puzzle solving skills. Perhaps I will not need my bow on this mission, a welcome reprieve from the seemingly constant bloodshed of my duties as a Pathfinder.

Zander watches Kiyoshi have difficulty, and gulps down some anxiety. Pulling out the other elixir of hiding, he drinks it down, amazed as he watches as the shadows seem to elongate and welcome him to their fold. Passing from shadow to shadow, he tries to rejoin the others on the far side of the garden.

Am I correct in thinking that each PC needs to do their own check, or for the bluff option, could we go as a group if the bluff makes sense? Like an official leading slaves/prisoners?

Zander sees the others floundering and does his best to come to the rescue. "Well done wingman." he says as he hobbles forward, "Boys don't know how to act on official business." he adds, going into a misshapen bow. "But what they speak is the truth, in a manner of speaking. We do have business with your superiors, and it wouldn't do to keep them waiting. Now, please, show us to a sitting room so that I might rest my leg while you go and tell them we are here." He hated such missions, preferring the rescuing of endangered peoples, but the greater good would be served by doing such things, and if it means finding the disappeared one, then so be it.

Zander takes a moment to burnish off an invisible blemish from his breastplate as he examines his companions. He had shifted his vision to that of piety and sin long before arriving at the embassy, and his stomach was roiling over the number of people who delve too strongly into the darker end of the scale. Still, it seemed his companions were not cut from that cloth, and for that he was thankful.
Cant rightly say I know who Qi Zhong is, but I'm happy he's with us. remarks Zander with a grin, adjusting his leg to ease some of the strain of standing for so long. The old war wound always acts up at the worst time. he thinks to himself.

Personally, I think anyone named “The Sword” needs to be a monk, so the entire time you are fighting, they are waiting for you to pull this fancy blade from your hip, and you just beat them soundly with your fists. You also need to introduce yourself with the sword moniker, even in battle, to help psyche out your foes. ”I am Okawe, the Divine Sword of Justice! You have been weighed and measured, and found wanting, the blade of truth shall now deliver your soul to Pharasma’s tender mercies.” and then kick them in the shin.
This may be why I tend to play chaotic characters….

Channels and diplomacy here too, and reasonable archery skills. Just don't expect a lot of mobility

I will not be joining the next game. I need to rewrite Zander and have become overwhelmed at the number of games I am in, so I'm trying to reduce it to a more manageable level.
I feel I didn't give this game 100%, and don't want to take up a spot sandbagging it when someone else could be enjoying the fun.

Seeing the kind of reaction leaping has earned Vincent, Zander stows his glaive and withdraws a sling, setting a stone in the cloth cup and sending it whirling over his head.

Never hold up the game just for Zander :) If I haven't posted I either have nothing more to add, or am too busy with work/family.
Zander's shoulders slump as the lizardfolk refuse to budge. "We mean you no harm, but we will be exploring these caves. If you insist on attacking us, we will have no choice but to defend ourselves." He then sets his glaive in a defensive posture, sincerely hoping the lizardfolk don't press the issue.

While Zander does not speak fluid draconic, he is fairly certain that offspring of an improperly formed egg and cared for by the undesired harlot of a bottom feeding amphibious slug. is not going to get a very good reaction from the lizardfolk. Groaning inwardly at yet another encounter with a stream running through it, Zander tries a different approach. I will live. I failed to anticipate that the beast would be able to reach me without opening him self up for a reprisal strike first. says Zander with a lopsided grin. Seeing the others taking care of Janira, Zander moves to ensure the beast is dead, but also to check it for the spoils of war.

Adelaide is fine, her AC was 24 due to Total defense action so the axe missed.
Seeing the beast whirl about ineffectually, Zander continues healing himself so that he can get into the fight and hopefully put down the beast.

It depends on how you build your cleric and who else is in the group, so there isn't really a hard/fast rule about it.
Zander was built to be a melee beatstick, so losing 1d10+6 so he can heal 1d8+1 isn't a good option from an efficiency stand point. Necessary at times, but not really great.
Garedon/FZ has a more support build cleric that heals in combat just fine, but he also has a number of other damage dealers so it makes the loss of his attack less impactfull. He also uses the luck domain's "touch of luck" ability well because he puts it on the 2h weilding barbarian to hopefully ensure that 2d6+9 actually hits.
Long story short, you can build a cleric designed for mid combat healing, but the other characters should be able to pick up the damage lost. If they can't, then it becomes a rough row to hoe.
I've been in a senario on my inquisitor offline, it was him, lvl 2 tanquisitor, lvl 1 wizard, lvl 1 defensive monk, lvl 2 healing cleric, and level 2 support/archer bard. The fights were AGONIZINGLY slow as my 1d6+3 was the biggest DPR option.

He'd not have taken it anyway. As a Martial cleric, his normal MO is to use his channels between fights to top people off. Mid combat healing, like what he just did, is usually like trying to fix a dam with duct tape. It works in teh short term, but damage usually comes in faster than you can heal it, making it a better option to just try and finish the damage causer before he causes more damage.
I didn't in this case because if Zander had hit, there would be no reason for the mino to ignore him as he'd have cause most of the damage of the people nearby.

Seeing the others rush forward to try and distract the thing, Zander takes a step back and calls forth his Lady's blessing to mend some of the gash caused by the fearsome gore attack.

I didn't think gore/bite type attacks could be made with reach, had been hoping for an AoO, but those are some long horns! Waiting to see what others do.

Cannot access map at work, but it's pretty obvious where he's going.

Zander nods to Adelaide as he starts his run toward the narrow point in the water. At the last moment he leaps across, his momentum carrying him surprisingly far, even with the hindering effects of the bushes. Glaive at the ready, he realizes he's the only one on this side, squaring off with a minotaur! "Shelyn protect me!"
Double move plus the clearance from the jump should get me on the southern shore well enough

Zander moves forward slightly, eyeballing the long jump he'll have to make in a few seconds. Not feeling overly confident with the brush slowing him down, he asks Shelyn to guide him as he endeavors to save their expedition leader.
