Tarjun suddenly finds himself entangled in spider webbing. On the plus side the drider is now visible. On the minus side, she is face to face with him from above and only an inch away. As she talks to him a drop of greenish poison collects at the tip of her fangs and falls on Tarjun's face.

"I'll walk back to that tree. Then I'll turn around. If I then still see you here I'll roast you with lightning."

The drider backs away and with a word and a gesture disappears again.

A short while that feels like forever nothing happens. Then you see the drider slowly climb down the tree. She look left and right and slowly approaches the edge of the hole on the opposite side of you.

Perception DC50:
Stealth: 1d20 + 34 ⇒ (16) + 34 = 50No, you didn't roll that high.

Finally she addresses you. "No one moves." To your surprise the voice is behind you. "What do you want to talk about."

Those who can glance where the voice comes from see nothing there.

As the vesk is gone and the boring business part is finished she starts to wonder "That tour was lacking. There were no quarters where I get my own bathroom. Actually I've seen no quarters so far."

She turns to Voxx "Those rats seem to live in the walls. What's with the vesk crew? Do they usually camp out in the cargo bay?"

"I thought this ship would be an improvement over the Maiden."

Taking the computer one down gives 15 BP, of which 10 go into a better core. This leaves 5 to spend. I suggest adding at least good quarters for 2BP.

Besides that, some other additional facilities would be nice. Like a workshop for EH-RK, or other non-standard amenities the crew might like to have.

I just took a look at the specs to see what Imagine would like about the ship. But besides the recreation stuff being shunned for better battle stats, I found some serious issue.

If you want to fly and shoot with all weapons, you have to turn off the defenses and the mononode computer. As the sum off all stuff needs more energy than the core delivers (350/300). The superior shields put 20 of these on top.

So please review that.

I'll wait for the fixed specs, before Imagine complains about the tent and sleeping bags in the cargo bay that make up the crew quartes.

I'm doing a rebuild of imagine. I got most of it, but the equipment. Any suggestions, what to take for someone mostly hiding from combat? Or a guide that points that out?

Imagine peeks into Voxx writing and almost snorts her drink out. "Yeah, sure! Face to face or watch the new show 'The Incredible Petrovich' on the web! For all the details, including underwear hygiene!"

"Then send them our specs here and see what price tag they put on it?" Imagine tells, pointing out the detailed 'build plan' on the paper napkins. "That is real specs and no drunken Sci-Fi, isn't it?"

"That Clan Council - what kind of clan is that? And can they help us get stuff too? I got the feeling Maxim will cough up some coins one way or the other, but that big nuke launcher slap on our flying bucket isn't a Walmart item." Imagine asks Voxx.

"See, that is our flying deathtrap." she tells, showing a selfie with the Sunrise Maiden in the background.

As the party gets called off before it really began Imagine downs the licorice schnapps, which tastes awful, washes it down with the Everclear and extinguishes the burn with the grape soda.

"We - and with that I mean someone who has an actual clue and is not me - gotta make some improvements on the ship. I told ya, the corpse fleet is on our ass, when we go to that twelve star thingy. And they have ships! So ,if ye not wanna be blown in to the endless void between the stars we need more oomph to our good ol' space bucket." A slight slur has sneaked into her speech.

"Do they food here?" she asks and turns in direction of the bar. "Waiter?"

"In case you haven't heard - some weeks ago a dwarven mining crew dragged a piece of rock out of the rift, which was not only rock, but a piece of high tech. The kind that lets your average spaceship look like a freshly invented wheel from the stone age."

"As it looks, the thing was part of a doomsday device. And the Cult of the Devourer isn't willing to wait for doom to happen on itself, but want to accellerate that. And the corpse fleet seems to be interested in ever more firepower too."

"So depending on who gets there first, you'll have either the lights go out in the whole universe, one after one. Or a heavy shift in power in the pact worlds. Or, if we win, we get to rule the universe. That's the plan, isn't it? We haven't actually talked about that."

Imagine takes a closer look at the collection before her. Moving her nose over the row of glasses she takes a deep breath. "Intoxicating. She checks with a lighter which ones burn.

She pours half of the shot of Saphire Gin into her mouth and puts out the flame over the Everclear by suffocating it with her hand. "If you want to remove the tarnish later, I can recommend the Everclear."

"Nice taste. Reminds of rose hip and roasted hazelnuts. I think we're off to a good start." She looks around the place. The old school pub style has it's charm, but it would work better on a less sunny, less early afternoon time. She sends the rest of the gin after the first half and looks at Voxx and Takeda what they are going to tell.

And you haven't seen EH-RK all over the news a few weeks ago, when he was with the team that kicked off this mission to safe the universe - even when he is the only one left from the original team - ? But maybe we can get a few coins for that strange stuff we brought from Nebulon. You know that kind, where you have to fix the handles first so you can use it. Documenting strange stuff is their business, isn't it?"

Imagine steps back. Originally she planned to keep out of the fighting. It's bloody and ruins your clothes. But as that kish came after her and Maxim has braught it within an inch of its life, she does the reasonable thing and sends it to its ancestors. As Maxim is not battle honor obsessed like others in the group she is pretty shure he'd appreciate it.

She points her finger at the kish and speaks the magic words. "Die imbecile!"

Willow comes out and checks the mess the boys have caused with all the rocks and the puddle on the floor. "I'm not going to clean that mess up." she tells, as she dances with large steps over and around the mess.

Taking a look into the containers she complains "Why can't we come past a boutique or a jeweller, when walking through alien history. Always only this military tech crap. And totally useless and rotten in addition."

"Oh, what's that?" Imagine puts some kind of fancy goggles on, that emit green light. "Gah!" she calls out as she turns to the others. "I know that beauty is only sin deep, but man are you ugly beneath!" She pulls the thing off her face and throws it at Maxim. "This thing gives me a headache."

Imagine gets some bottle of medical alcohol out of her backpack. "I didn't bring a scotch. Use it as you like, it's good for external and internal application."

After she finds a not bloody place on Maxim to put her hand on, she does some healing magic.
