I guess that happened before I used the Hydraulic Push so I get to keep it for the day. Water Spout doesn't flinch when the bullet cracks the planks inches from his feet. He maintain's his stance and stares at Mr. Pugg a moment longer, making him aware of the fact that the only reason Spout stopped was because of the captain. He then turns to address the captain. "My apologies captain, for my ignorance." He pauses letting everyone think he was done then continues. "I assumed even pirates had some honor. What was I thinking?"

Water Spout watches the fight intently. At first he too is intimidated by the brute. But as the fight progresses he realizes that the man called owlbear, while obviously strong, is also clumsy and simple. His punches are slow and obvious, he moves rather sluggishly to defend himself, and he appears to be blind in one eye. Any decent fighter could handle him easily. And the look on Plugg's face says he wasn't expecting this turn of events. He obviously miss judged Dinali. Water Spout had done the same apparently. But when the club rolls onto the field, he knows there is foul play. He was really going to enjoy this. Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
A torrent of water slithers its way up the boat, flows around Water Spout and then jets off to blast Mr. Plugg in the face. The water-bending Undine then steps onto the field of battle starring squarely at Mr. Plugg. "I believe you said this fight was bare-knuckle or wrestling. If clubs are allowed then I guess anything goes Mr. Plugg." Pretty sure I slip in before Owlbear too.

Water Spout is obviously not happy about the decision but he goes to the edge of the crowd to watch anyway. Dinali had said she wouldn't harm him too bad, assuming he didn't defeat her first, but if things got out of hand he intended to step in if need be. Staying within 25 feet of the combatants at all times.

Unfortunately I went and read about Owlbear and now I can't sit this one out. Sucks even more I am fatigued but Water Spout would not stand for the poor treatment of Owlbear. For reference Owlbear is Mr. Pugg's pet as the DM said but he is also a simpleton that is constantly harassed by the other crew and has been tarred and feathered to look more like an owlbear. Even if only some of this is true in your game Water Spout is still going to step up. As Mr. Pugg brings the man known as Owlbear out Water Spout is floored at the cruel treatment going on here. Lead by a collar and chain, the man is easily over 6 feet and well muscled but his face has the same look as wiped dog. He regards Mr. Pugg with fear and shies away from jeers of the other sailors. Forgetting his own tired state from a hard day of swabbing, Water Spout steps in front of Dinali, a look of grim determination on his face. I will fight him.

The rats are gone but we are still knee deep in water and two people are struggling over the bilges. As Water Spout visible struggles over the bilges he manages to grunt out, Boy that's some nice stuff...there. Be awful if...it got wet. Right Raven?

Spout scratches at the wound from the rat but is otherwise no worse for the wear. He isn't quite sure what Dinali is looking for but, manning the bilges, he tries to get rid of the excess water. Once everyone has moved past Water Spout he causes the water from Rachel's attack to raise in the air. He forces into an orb front of him and launches it at any approaching pirates. He then makes a hasty retreat so as not to get in trouble for being late. I'll go after the others have moved past the pirates and use my own Hydraulic Push to keep them at bay. I assume Warren doesn't want to be where he is right next to two goons (especially since he is about to cast a ranged attack) so once he gets out of the way I'll move in and attack both. The position I am currently in is where I had moved myself in round one but for some reason it didn't register. So moving forward into Warren's spot should be a 5-foot step. Attack which ever took the most damage and trip the other. If that doesn't work I'll just hit green for both. If that doesn't work I'll move to the nearest target and us the attack. Ow. Alright. No more mister nice guy. Water Spout leaps forward foot leading to strike one pirate then drops quickly to sweep the other. 5 foot step forward to stand in front of the blond pirate. Not sure it is possible but I think Flurry of Maneuvers allows me to attack and trip as part of full round action, the later taking a -2 penalty. Attack(Blondie): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18

Water Spout is quiet as he paces back and forth. When Warren offers him a club he hits a wooden beam so hard it splinters. He looks at Warren, fairly sure he understood he doesn't need a weapon. I hate being so damn powerless. All I wanna do is toss Scourge and Plugg right off the ship and see how they fair in the water. I agree with Scourge about punishing those that steal, I did it myself even, But that, he says pointing angrily in a random direction, not like that. No one deserves that. He shakes his head and sits down angrily. I doubt you guys want to be here anymore than me but I can't help. I've already set myself up as a target for Scourge. Doubt I could move without him being suspicious. But if a fight breaks out I'll be ready.

From what the DM said it looks like Warren and Tariel need to role again since their first roll matches someone else's. You guys need to keep rolling till you get a 1,5, or 6 since the other spots are taken. Since Tariel was last to post I am guessing he will keep the extra roll.

Water Spout does well the first thirty feet of the journey, easily outpacing most of the others. However a missed handhold causes him to nearly lose his balance. He looks down to see the intense drop and nearly stops there. He pushes through the fear and keeps climbing only to realize that the red haired human has passed him and is sitting comfortably in the crow's nest. Now the others are talking of cooking, another skill he doesn't have. If I don't find something to do quick I'm going to be stuck, what do they call it, swabbing the deck. that doesn't sound good. Haven't been on a ship since those first few months. What else is there to do? climb: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 fall
Water Spout tries to maneuver his way down but a stiff breeze causes the rigging to buck. He gets thrown off but a bit of rope wraps around his leg and prevents him from falling the full 45ft. a fall from this height would have killed me with only 1 hp. He swings lazily back and forth 30ft off the ground. I don't think the rigging's for me.
