Is there any way to tell if our PaizoCon 2020 tickets are still valid? I don't think I would have asked for a refund, with the option to roll them over available, but I'd like to know for sure if possible. Thanks.

I had an issue with my payment method for order #36669014 (October subscription), but that's been resolved now. I went to the link from the email, and it showed the order, but it looks like it's been combined with the November subscription order. I'm OK with that, but when I clicked the "retry payment" button, nothing happened. So I tried changing my payment method. The change seemed to be processed just fine, but I can't find any way to submit the order.

So the question is: am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to wait and it'll be picked up automatically?

Since this has already been necro-posted in the last few days, let me add my name to the list of people who would prefer a PDF-only subscription option, particularly for the books. I understand Vic's response above, and if the realities of the business prevent this from ever happening, then so be it. I'll continue to subscribe to the lines I want, and find something to do with the print versions. But if, at some point in the future, a PDF-only subscription becomes a possibility, know that there are many people that would take advantage of it.

Can someone check on my subscription status?

After PaizoCon last year, all my orders were held up as "hold for GenCon", which I never requested. After starting a thread in here about it, someone was able to get all my held orders (something like 3-4 months worth) released and was supposed to have cleared the hold. But now I haven't got any new orders since then, so it looks like the hold. Can someone check on this, get my held items sent, and remove whatever is preventing the monthly subscription orders from going out as normal?

Thanks, but it all should be fine. It's odd it was set for GenCon pickup, since I've never done that. Wonder if it was stuck on that from PaizoCon?

Sorry for the delay, I injured my back last Friday and haven't been online hardly at all.

I'm just checking in on my subscriptions. I realized I hadn't received any of the 2E books, yet, although I'm subscribed to the Rulebook subscription, and when I looked at my recent order history, I noticed that I hadn't been sent anything since May. Can you please check what's going on with my subscriptions?

I've decided I'm going to spend the majority of Thursday hanging out in the hotel bar area running pick-up games of PACG. I'll have the set that I'm using to run the I Want My Mummy! games the following three days with me, so if you are interested you can stop by and play a couple scenarios with me. Perhaps someone will bring a new Core set as well? Or we could just sit and chat about card game design, whatever floats the boats of those who are there!

Depending on how packing goes, I may stop by for a little bit and hang out.

Experience: I'd say I'm a level 2.

Character: I'd like to low-key request Quinn the investigator. But if that ends up not working with the group dynamics, or someone else really wants to play it, I can play just about anything.

So that leads to a follow-up question: Is there anything we need to bring, other than our happy selves, and maybe some dice?

I've taken a look into your account, and it does appear that your subscriptions are in the correct state they need to be for pickup at PaizoCon. It might look a little confusing because they display in your sidecart but they're tagged for pickup so they should be ok. If you notice anything off when we generate them, just let us know.

I was able to get into adventures 1 and 3 for this, but didn't get selected for this one. So if anyone currently in this one decides to drop for some reason, please let me know so I can pick it up. Or maybe even do a (meaningless) trade.... :)

Since it looks like I'm going to get most of my current subscription stuff at PaizoCon, and it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to pick up my sidecart items there... I'd like to get the 5 Rise of the Runelords ACG expansions (numbers 2-6) sent to me now, if possible. Thanks. :)

Probably too late now, but the first round events aren't lottery enabled.

Also, due to the time-shift between Friday and Saturday/Sunday, it's now impossible to do all three of these events in the game group, and the "Mummy" special event. On Friday groups 1 and 2 conflict with it, and on Saturday/Sunday, groups 3 and 4 conflict.

And finally, due to the different times for the "with Ron" ACG events, it's also impossible to do either one of these and this series. The Saturday event blocks out groups 1 and 2, and the Sunday event blocks out groups 3 and 4.

With all that being said, I'm not sure why the Friday groups were scheduled at different times than the Saturday/Sunday groups. While scheduling the Friday groups for morning/afternoon sessions instead of afternoon/evening wouldn't alleviate the conflict with the "with Ron" events, it would prevent the conflict with the "Mummy" series.

Nevermind, got it taken care of. Apparently, rather than returning them to the sidecart, it added them to my cart instead. So once I went through the order process again, they were back in the sidecart. I just hope I didn't lose my place in line for a couple of them.

I tried to have a few of the items in my sidecart shipped to me immediately, but when I realized it was an all-or-nothing deal, I put them back into the "ship with next subscription" option. Only now, my sidecart seems to have disappeared. This is rather unfortunate, since I had a few pre-order items in there, including some of the 2nd Ed stuff. Any chance on getting my sidecart back?

I'll be playing Amaryllis from the Sorcerer deck, with the Ultimate Magic deck as an add-on. Still working on building my deck, and I'm not sure how to make it look like I'm my character (or how to get the deck handler into the top of my post).

That's an awesome idea, thank you. Unfortunately, there's no indication at the top of the page that I've already purchased AP book. So it does look like there's a problem with the order somewhere along the way. But since I haven't gotten an official response from any Paizo employees, this may be the wrong thread to get it resolved. If I haven't heard anything by tomorrow, I'll start a new thread.

That's where part of my concern lies. On the "My Account" page, it shows I have one pending order, but the "Order History" page doesn't show any pending orders (and, IIRC, it has in the past). So I haven't received any email, and the "pending" order isn't showing up in my order history.

I know I'm a little late to this, but nice "Sneakers" reference. :)

We're still about a week out from the "end shipping" date, but I haven't seen anything to indicate my monthly shipment is in the queue. Should I be concerned, or is this normal? :)

Was there ever a resolution for this? My group is just starting these, and some of the questions may come up.

I've already taken a look a the Campaign tab, but other than saying I'd need the deck for the character I'm playing, it seems to mostly be for the Box Runners.

I never received a May shipment. I have several items in my sidecart, and my subscriptions page lists several more items as pending, but there is no pending order.

If you like to play, you're qualified to give your opinion. Maybe you can't necessarily speak to whether something works in the rules, but you can at the very least let others know if you like an idea and way, or (CONSTRUCTIVELY!) what you dislike about an idea.

Thanks for the support. While I can generally say whether something works within the rules (following a set algorithm, even a complex one, is well within my abilities), critiquing things for creativity, originality, and especially game balance is not generally in my area of expertise. :)

I learned long ago that I don't have the knack for creating things, which means I wouldn't be interested in entering, and probably not qualified to judge either, but if I can help in any way, let me know.

I have to say I was a little disappointed to show up after getting off work, a little after 6, to find out registration was already closed. I understand there were only limited things going on tonight, but even so I wasn't able to attend any of them because I wasn't able to get my badge.

When I placed this order only one item was on backorder so it was placed in a separate order, #2542346. Immediately after placing the order, one additional item as moved to backorder. Hoping that it was just the fact that I'd maybe ordered the last one and it would still be shipped out soon, I didn't pay much attention. But it's now almost two weeks later, and my order still hasn't shipped, so I'm assuming this item is truly on backorder. Can I either have it moved to order #2542346 with my other backorder item (if you're expecting both of them to arrive at the same time), or have it moved to a new order? I understand either of these options will affect my shipping costs, and am OK with that.
