Can someone check on my subscription status?

After PaizoCon last year, all my orders were held up as "hold for GenCon", which I never requested. After starting a thread in here about it, someone was able to get all my held orders (something like 3-4 months worth) released and was supposed to have cleared the hold. But now I haven't got any new orders since then, so it looks like the hold. Can someone check on this, get my held items sent, and remove whatever is preventing the monthly subscription orders from going out as normal?

I have fixed up your subscriptions so that they should now generate as normal. We will be doing January generation soon, so please let us know right away if your sub items do not generate as expected.

I have created an order of all of your sub items that it appears you have not received based on our records. I have waived the shipping on this order for the delay. Please confirm that you are okay with this order shipping out, as it is a considerable volume to receive all at once.
