As they pass through the Storage Cave, Ulricha looks through a few of the boxes and chests out of curiosity, looking to see what goods they had stored.

The side of the gems weapons and other items of magic elicit and impressed grunt from the barbarian. Clearly this Drelev had been hoarding wealth and power while his people suffer.

She follows the others, no expert in magic She leaves the discoveries up to those more experienced in such matters keeping an eye out for any sign of danger.

The problem is, if the enemy's turn comes before mine, posting an action that might have to change because of what happens before it doesn't make sense.

As it is now more than half the party's actions come after the enemy's turns. It doesn't make sense to post an action that is likely to be irrelevant by the time it comes around does it?

A few of the hundreds of biting worms manage to get past her tough skin, drawing blood as she brushes them clear of her body, their attempts to burrow deeper, thwarted by her inhuman resistance.

So from everything I'm seeing with a swarm and DR, if the total damage exceeds my DR (in this case 3) ten I take the rest of the damage and have to make the Con save the following round.

If I was at 0 hp 6pts worth of damage (beyond what DR stops) would be converted to nonlethal, then ignored because of my non-lethal DR)

It's basically the tradeoff of my build. I don't deal insane amounts of damage like a typical barbarian of my level, instead I'm really hard to hurt and near impossible to kill when it comes to physical damage.

The swarm ignores DR? Including DR/-(all physical attacks)??

"Some types of DR apply to all physical attacks. Such DR is denoted by the “—” symbol."

Normally it would be deducted from whatever damage I do take. Just clarifying.

Also the way it's stated it looks like you don't take damage if you make the Fort save.

Is it Fort save or Nauseated and take 2d6 damage, or take 2d6 damage, and Fort save or nauseated?

So it would be Round 1 (move, start full round action), Round 2 (finish full round action, move action). But at least your summoned creature can act this round.
