    That's... actually a really poorly-coded spell. I could see a hardcore argument based on a "There's no 'targets' setting; why would Selective Fireballs exist if you can just pick the bads out of a crowd?," ideology. Intent is pretty obvious, but dat 3.5 copy paste. It looks like either the actual intent was the "nobody keep attacking' result OR someone looked at Bless and not Bane. Looks like it was the same in 3.5, too. Neat.

    Charge actually has a limited version (as a standard when one has ONLY a standard; usually Surprise or Slow'd) where the attacker can only go a single move's distance and does not permit drawing a weapon as part of the Charge action. This circumstance would need a surprise round-active kitty if mounted and having kept his lance out (as he couldn't draw it as part of the charge.)

    This is also entirely conjecture as I didn't actually look at the map to check distance, inits, etc.

    Bless is just a bonus on to-hit and Will saves vs fear, though if a 16 fails a 1-2 subtier poison, then you either got bit a LOT or somebody's trying to eradicate low levels, do ho ho.

    Hwoof, I actually just read the above post. A heal check can help vs poison, if anyone has it.

    Toshi falls from the beast, untrained in mounted combat. He spends his time attempting to help their gracious hosts back on the elephant before getting back up himself, even if the stewardess insisted that he should affix his own oxygen mask before helping others. "Apologies. Please allow me to make assistance for you." Not that it's actually my turn yet, but I foresee a fun-filled day of actually working tomorrow, so just in case.

    Arriving on time is a black haired Tien-Min teenager of no great stature and only somewhat notable physical build, carrying a number of scroll tubes and travelling gear. On his belt are a sheathed longsword, spell component pouch, and a dagger. He bears no obvious religious symbols and doesn't take a seat in the briefing unless invited, possibly preferring standing. He bows and shakes hands for all greetings made and makes an attempt to learn "what each member wishes to be called. I am Ibi Toshi, it is a pleasure to meet." He speaks with a heavily accented yet properly constructed Taldane.

    He listens politely, poorly hiding his desire to ask a query of the man who leaves the meeting. He looks to the Venture Captain, "Are we to provide the required hounds, if the Lodge's budget is lacking? What dogs are for the best, hunting a beast of the Western alignment?"

    #72 was built as a rejected entry in Nisroch's Silent Enforcers. They're talked about in the Nidal section in the Inner Sea World Guide. Essentially, they're the closest thing to a SS in Golarion, except they've had their vocal chords removed (or just ruined or something) to increase stealth efficiency and are effectively a heightened slave class, politically speaking. #72 was initially inducted, but never took to the social hunting aspects and was shelled out to Zarta as a political favour.     Teeeeechnically, Cyphermage Dilemma was both an -Ex and an actual scenario, so there's almost double* the chance of having it on his list already, do ho ho. This is Toshi's first go, with a Confirmation DM credit, so he's useless in that regard.

    Note: I burned my first GM star replay (kind of?) to play this at Dragoncon, since a guy who I think is the Atlanta VA needed more folks to make a legal table (and I got the replay-recharging boon, so I figured "why not?".) This was probably the worst scenario I've seen to have someone run cold on a slot at midnight of the third day of a convention, BTW.

    So, yeah. Burning star #1 to play this once at reporting, technically. Then j just gotta run 2 or 3 scenarios and boom, new star.

    Toshi is stumped at the dilemma of "pretend to not speak Taldane" and "communicate with this guy who only speaks Taldane," though he assumes applying a Gokan accent isn't going to help. Because Tien-Min certainly won't work. Heck, only one PFS scenario I know of even references the sub dialects. At least its justified with the whole Lung Wa history.
