Senator Baron Tooth of Ravenmoor (and Claw) is still salty that the Red Mantis wouldn't let him in when he washed up shipwrecked on Mediogalti as a young Tengu, even after mighty Blood God sent him a messenger in the form of Claw ;)
Maybe Tooth would get some measure of revenge against the Red Mantis, though I wonder how they'd react to the giant insect companion and the paired sawtooth sabres!

If Claw grabs the monk, the monk is pulled adjacent. In any event, Tooth will be able to bite at 10' range then 5' step back and use his bardiche at 15' range.
The Baron coordinates attacks with Claw, whilst leaving an opening for Meylara and attempting to leave the monk surrounded.

I think Tooth would enjoy that as well ;)
I've got a copy of RBT and have read it. I think I was considering running it at a convention a few years back, but never did yet. It does look fun, but I'd recommend sticking to a party of 4 PCs because it is a relatively old module.

The Baron swallows his potion and emerges from the corridor. He levels his bardiche to guard against oncoming threats, and commands Claw to attack...
Not sure when exactly the Enlarge Person takes effect. It's a standard action to swallow the potion, but because the spell has a casting time of 1 round some GMs say it takes 1 round before the drinker is enlarged. I've already enlarged Tooth's token.
When Large, Tooth has 20' reach with his bardiche.

Aye, I can't help but wonder if the saves for the Grease and the Glitterdust are intentional and correct :o
GM, Tooth has a boon called Ragdya's Blessing that grants a Climb speed of 20' for 1d4 rounds, then Feather Fall for 1 round. I see you've said that Feather Fall wouldn't work here, but would a Climb speed mitigate the falling damage? The boon does not require an action of any sort to use. If Tooth still takes falling damage it's reduced by 5 thanks to Resinous Skin.

Tooth has dealt with plenty of traps in his long career, and this one is no surprise to the Baron.
Rolling Claw's save too, as it affects Tooth's possible actions...

Claw, being a mantis with very little evident capacity for thought, lacks the Baron's long experience to draw upon and is blinded.
"SQUAWK!! This not good, this not right! Me fix!"
Tooth calls upon a fragment of power loaned to him by a minor oni appropriately, I think ;) and attempts to undo the Glitterdust.

Tooth dashes past the grappled oni, swipes up the gong hammer and strikes the hammer smoothly but not violently.
Not sure if any die rolls are called for GM. Tooth drops his gun, takes a move action to reach the gong (assuming Oni cannot take AoO whilst grappled), takes the hammer with Quick Draw (free action if appropriate) then strikes the gong.

1 hour 40 is just enough to expire all of Tooth's spells :o He'll put up a couple of spells before entering the crypt - an extended Resinous Skin, and a Lead Blades. He'll set Vermin Focus to Beetle and Worm for both himself and Claw. He'll Mage Armour Claw (with help) and he'll also heal his wounds.

At the theatre, after Undy's sushi is declined, Tooth quietly approaches the servant who dissuaded his colleagues from accepting the gift.
Tien:
"You are a good and honourable servant. My allies - not these ruffian adventurers you see here, but my true and powerful allies, know the importance of these qualities. We will be in touch soon, once this tournament qualifier is complete, and both you and your master will profit."
GM this is for a Sovereign Court faction card goal, and Tooth will spend 1PP in lieu of making the normal skill check.
Seems like grappling will enable one or more of us to get past the Judge and ring the gong, so Tooth will send Claw in.
In the crypt, Tooth quickly assesses the situation. He bows to the Judge, then steps up alongside Meylara and raises the huge musket loaned to him by his allies in Alkenstar.

Casting Resinous Skin (DR5/piercing), Lead Blades, Barkskin, Mirror Image, Fickle Winds (extended - covers everyone except Claw), Echolocation (blindsight 40'), Sense Vitals (extended), mage armour (wand via Undy or another PC, on self if not armoured and on Claw), and Summon Monster IV to call a salt mephit.
Sense Vitals and Summon Monster IV are the last two spells cast before the curtain goes up (everything else lasts at least 10 minutes).

Clown is definitely the better outfit for both Saya and Kat, but one of us still has to take a heavy armour outfit.
If it's Saya or Kat, they can still use Performance but they won't be able to hit very well and won't be able to cast spells.
If it's Almaas, he'll be at roughly +1 to hit before Divine Favour and Bane. Taking any unarmoured option Almaas will have an AC of 23 (mage armour) and attack at +7 (before buffs) with nonlethal unarmed strikes. He should get to +13 for 3d6+2 damage using Divine Favour and Bane.
Meylara's druid vows prevent her from taking an armour outfit (assuming it's got any metal in it, splint mail would have).
Undy is a wizard, so he has to avoid the armour options altogether.
Tooth in armour will attack at +5 (using vermin focus). If he takes the Cruel Bandit, he can attack at +12 and add 3d6 sneak attack via Sense Vitals.
So I think that, although Almaas has volunteered to wear the heavy armour, Saya can contribute the most if she wears it. She'll still have Performance and around a 50% chance to Aid Another for AC or to hit each round, and can pre-cast some spells. Kat, in comparison, would have Inspire Courage and an attack at +0 for 1d8 dmg (assuming sword proficiency). In an unarmoured role Kat can cast cure spells, though she'll still be bad at attacking.
But as I said, I am sure I have missed some abilities that you all have.
This is a harsh set up, depriving many characters of their abilities. At least none of us appear to be wholly dependent on our gear.
I'm suggesting Saya take the warrior woman role because she's used to fighting with a polearm (proficient) and although she'll take the Armour proficiency penalty, she'll still be able to use Aid Another and her awesome performances, and she'll be able to cast Good Hope and Haste right before we start.
Taking unarmoured roles lets our two monks keep their good AC, and Almaas can use Divine Favour and Bane to do decent unarmed nonlethal damage.
I'm sure I've missed things that everyone can do though, so please just take this as a starting point :)

Seems like one of the biggest problems with this challenge (the opera) is that three of the outfits come with heavy armour, and none of us is proficient in heavy armour. One of us is stuck wearing it, if the rest take the 5 options with no armour, and has to suck up a -7 penalty to attack rolls and skill checks, and can't cast spells either.
As far as Tooth's choice goes, most if not all of the spells he'd want to cast can be cast before the curtain goes up. The Noble Warrior appeals to Tooth's vanity, but sticks him with that -7 heavy armour penalty. Cruel Bandit would be better, as he could use Sense Vitals to add 3d6 sneak attack. Almaas, I think Cruel Bandit is stuck using the knife. We're all restricted to the armour and weapon that comes with the outfit we get.
Tooth's cunning plan to employ Murderous Command spells looks like a non-starter, since the tournament official said that she'd decide who is "responsible" for bloodshed.

Tooth stands up, grabs Undy by the scruff of the neck and hauls the wizard out of his chair, depositing him behind Meylara.
The Baron steps forwards to take Undy's place, mounting his shield and drawing a blade - a serrated sabre, held point downwards like one of the claws of his vermin companion.
"You no touch" the Baron says to the attackers, and he click-clacks to Claw to summon the divine mantis to the attack.
stand, reposition, free draw of weapon and shield, swift vermin focus (Beetle and Worm for self, Leech and Ant for Claw) and 5' step.
Tooth's sabre has the Menacing quality - so anyone flanking any foe that Tooth threatens gets an additional +2 to hit.
