Tim is responsible for coordinating the artistic and technical design, layout, and functionality of our products.. This is why I'm only trusted with pretty pictures - writing is hard ...

Currently I am the Lead Designer at Legendary Games so that might be where you've seen my name before. Also I've done a fair bit of layout work for some other Pathfinder 3PPs ... and that client list just keeps on growing. :) That said - Graphic Designers (especially in the 3PP world) only profit through sheer volume of work, so if you know a guy who needs a spare set of hands, let me know. Also - a big THANK YOU to all of our fans for sticking with us and our madcap "Quality Over All" mentality. You all ROCK!

I'm currently located in Walingford/ University District & currently have a whole flat of strawberries/rainier cherries... which may or may not get turned into pie by my amazing wife by the time of the con. Just throwing that out there.

You can still catch up with Clark Peterson, Jason Nelson, me, Greg A. Vaughan, Boomer, etc. I believe Hugo Solis (art) and Timothy Wickham (layout) will be there, too. Just about everyone who's contributed in some way or another. I'll be there for sure (as will Hugo) - looking forward to playing in a few games this year!

Good logic - I *might* steal this for a home game. It certainly provides something to think about.
Just a thought ... think Inception or any half-decent Twilight Zone episode: Keep Deus Ex-ing the HECK out of them, past the point of absurdity and to the point of Cthulhu Dark/Groundhog Day level of insanity. Make them plot armored, the like Midas, curse the gods for their "blessing" Bonus Points if you figure out how to leverage the Begged-For TPK into restarting the game, but this time for real... (all eye colors are switched back to 'normal' or some other "clear" example that this is the 'real' timeline) Like I said ... just a thought.

Also for anyone who is interested in similar recordings: Chronicles:Pathfinder & KnowDIrection podcasts both uploaded 'Auntie Lisa's Story Hour / Tales from TSR" from PaizoCon 2011 - both are certainly worth your time.

Remember kids - the Design process is one of Give and Take - and minor issues can always be edited in post. That said - fantastic job everyone! I may be in the top 5, but I'm tempted to vote for someone else's work instead.

Quick request on behalf of all the other designers. Can you please give us a short "elevator pitch" regarding Dreamscarred Press (specifically what the needs are of this rebranding project), I can design 99 random logos for you in an hour, but I'd rather spend my time focusing on developing a single submission of the highest quality, one that will hopefully last for years (and win of course). So - here goes,
Thanks in advance, and good luck to everyone who enters - but I warn you, you best bring your 'A' game, I know I am. |
