I am going through my scenarios owned and will attempt to GM games I've never gotten to run face-to-face. First on the list are Below the Silver Tarn (7-11) and Song of the Sea Witch (3-7). Oh well, it happens. Just my second PC to die, so I really can't complain. Especially after Thornkeep where we nearly had a TPK! Not sure if I'll want to spring for a raise dead or not, just have to see how I feel about things when this game is over. Is getting raised mid-scenario an option? I mean, it took us a ridiculous amount of time to locate the maze's center, and rescuing the minotaur is our mission. So there may not be time in this particular game. I do have enough cash on hand to pay for a restoration to have the permanent negative level dispelled, which costs a bit over 1,000 GP. So in theory I could get back with a very minimal hit to my overall wealth, just would have to stay alive for another 8+ sessions to be in a position to get raised again!

Original Con was 13, increased to 14 at 4th level, though I forgot to update my sheet. 5d8 HD is 28 HP plus 10 from Con, 5 from favored class. 43 total hp. My damaged Con score is 10. I took 4 + 18 + 11 + 11 = 44 damage. Plus loss of 10 from con dmg means 54 hp gone. So I'm at -11 hp one way or.the other.
