The way I understand it, a GM can make one re-roll to any roll (Player or GM). I've seen this come up many times. But RAW says "They apply a bonus equal to their number of GM stars
It also says: "GMs are also invited to wear Pathfinder merchandise, but they gain no in-game benefits for doing so." Meaning that this re-roll is separate from this rule, and has nothing to do with wearing or carrying merchandise. Either way, the re-roll has been done. Moving on. :)
