It looks like all my checks and hospital visits will be done by next Thursday.

So far, they haven't found anything too serious. And they caught my blood pressure and liver damage at a very early stage, so I should make a full recovery. They are doing a sonogram (i think) next week to check out my kidney and make sure everything is alright.

Like i said, I'll keep you updated and should be back in a weeks time.

I received a scare yesterday at the hospital and will have to go in for some more tests in one week. The problem is with my liver, which is funny since i'm not a heavy drinker. The doctor said it might be something to do with my kidney.... So i am a little concerned about that. But what ever it is, the damage is still slight and they caught it in time. So with a good diet and checkups. I will be fine.

Just some added stress onto me in an already stressful time. :/

I should be able to post again today, just somewhat worried about my health.

Not knowing much of what she can do as a melee combat, Sibe stands back and readies a shocking grasp for when the foes come closer. If they fail to do so, she will move up with the fighter.

Sibe moves up to the middle of the bank of the river. Seeing this one person surrounded by two Orks, she aims at the nearer one (Orange) and shoots a Ray of Enfeeblement at him.

Having her first attack miss horribly. She decides to hit this time, and charges up Magic Missile One to hit the Orange and another to hit the Red.

Sibe's lips water a little as talks of a wonderful breakfast hits her hears. Lamb pie does taste good. I remember making pie crust with my mother back home. I wonder if i could pick up the recipe when we see them.

Just a quick update from me. Sorry I have been slow over the last week. Had to finish up the first term and then i found out i might not have a job after April.

I am back and am checking on the stuff to see what I missed... but I am not focusing on this 100%... for that, I am sorry.

Listening to Sarianna and Valesky, Sibe nods. ”I can handle bandits, but there are worse people out there. We can listen.

Sibeesha smiles at Faun starts to pet the cat. "I have to agree. If there are too many cats, you never know what the meat actually is. My name is Sibeesha, you can call me Sibe if you want."

After hearing Vai's offering of lodgings, "That all depends on how much a room is. It would be nice, but we must all have a tight string on our pouches.

Later, when talking to Valeska, "I am doing my own research, looking for some people. is all she says. After she says that, she becomes a little sadder, petting the cat.

Sibeesha smiles at the Innkeepers words, "Cats are lovely creatures. You can tell a lot about a person by the company that they keep. Not to mention, I don't trust an Inn without a cat, don't know what kind of meat is served.

As Valeska moves to speak with the woman, Sibeesha takes a piece of parchment out of her bag and crumples it up. Tosses it to the cat and watches as the cat starts to get distracted with this new world wonder.

Sibeesha's attention perks when the Innkeeper starts talking about a good meal, and doesn't dim when he says the names of the dishes. "In my old village, we had a funny innkeeper too. He use to make something he called "Troll Kill Soup. He told travelers that it was the remains of animals that the trolls didn't want to eat." looking around at her new companions, Sibeesha waits for a reply from them.

Greetings all, this is Sibeesha. I think her background and everything is still good from the last recruitment attempt.

Background, Complete:

While Sibeesha is a member of the Brevoy Kingdom, not many people know of her little village on Claw Point. There were plenty of people in Cliffvile, a generic name for a town on a cliff. Fishers were the most prevalent, as they could easily fish on the Lake of the Mists and travel to Winterbreak to sell their catches. People had an easy, slow paced life.
Sibeesha wasn’t that much of an outsider, being an outsider by birth, she lived her day hunting, fishing and learning. The furthest she ever traveled outside of her village was to the peaks of the nearby Icerime Peaks mountain range. Though the mountains are not that nice to the unprepared or normal people, as the mountains can get foggy and cut off the vision of most people. Sibeesha was lucky, as her ancestors are part of the air elementals, Sibeesha has gained their ability to see through normal fog and safely guide people around.
She was hired to guide a group through the mountain, while guiding them, their group was attacked by a group of unknown assailants. Before she could do anything, her body was encased in a magical shield and veil that hid her from the attackers. The ambushers killed everyone in the group she was guiding. While she was frozen in place, the group went back the way that she came from, towards her village. After hours of being trapped in the fields, she was finally freed.
She raced back to her village, only to see a glow in the nights sky, to finally reach her village to find it burnt to the ground. Several people were roaming through the town, searching for those who could still be alive. She approached one to see what happened, the sailor said that he didn’t know. Their ship landed only an hour or so ago.
Sibeesha only knows what they look like, but not where they are from or who they work for. But she will hunt them down and make them pay for what they did to her village. Basically, a group of assassins were hired to kill someone in her group and to make it look like an attack from the next kingdom over.

Finally finished up the background. As a teacher myself, I am glad that I don't have to read many students essays.

I think that the background skills will help round out Sibeesha, since I have her growing up around mountains, I would put those skills in climb, perceptive and crafting. (Need to double check to see which ones are “background” skills.)


Updated Sibeesha to fit better with the requirements of character creation and leveled her up. All that's left is a little accounting, (odds and ends) and finding her reason for traveling out of her small village of Cliffvile.

Working on the background. But going to have her father as a former servant of the house and was freed. The father went wondering for a few years and met her mother. Childhood and training is something i am working on. In her later, Adult life, she went traveling in the desert and received word from her father and the letter was in the message. Still a work in progress.
