Checking her gear and wiping down her blades, Shilyn looks up at Travis. "Well, I say we go that way," she says as she points toward the jungle with the tip of her rapier in an obviously random direction. "Never know what else we may find."

At the sound of heavy steps coming out of the water, she whips around and sees Varian get hit. Unbidden words come to her lips as she reaches out her left hand, right hand moving toward her rapier.. a bolt of bright light springing from her fingers.

Shilyn covers Travis with her bow, arrow at the ready as he descends into the pit below. Once he indicates the way is clear, she drops down to join him.

Walking carefully over to the skeleton and sheathing her rapier, Shilyn carefully takes the box in hand. Holding it up to get a better look, she examines the box. "Hrm.. this thing is pretty well made," she says quietly. "Wonder what's in it that could have been so important that they died trying to get."

While the other converse, Shilyn slips a few feet away keeping her eyes moving and her ears straining to hear anything that may be a threat. Her soft-soled boots tread as lightly on the deck as she can.

After tying off the ropes, Shilyn checks her gear to make sure it's well secured, then follows Travis down. "Well, nothing like looking at another wreck. At least this one's above ground," she says with a giggle as she drops off the rope and pulls her rapier.

I'd wager there's no blood in him either."

Sitting quietly, Shilyn watches the other, content in a bit of solitude for the moment. She allows her mind to wander a bit to other things letting the soft conversations fade into the background.

Pulling out the feathered cloak and matching boots, Shilyn holds them up with a grin. Looking over at Wren she asks, "Long lost cousin perhaps, Wren?" With a giggle she drops them back into the chest.
