She gives a wide smile, showing off her teeth and her eyes cackling with possibilities. Moving with unnerving speed, she slinks around Eladrian and darts past Farg. As she peers around the corner, she pulls carefully folded spider web from a tanned pouch hanging on her side and stretches it in the air. The web shimmers slightly before magically wrapping around her hands. As she intones, "Elevari", a mess of webs fly from her fingers, solidifying in the tight tunnel and catching around the cultists. Swift action, activating my Cosmic Carvan - Born Under The Wagon trait to gain a +10 ft to move speed for this round (1/day). Move action - going up in front. Standard Action - casting web. DC 18 Reflex save to avoid the grappled condition. Web - Web creates a many-layered mass of strong, sticky strands. These strands trap those caught in them. The strands are similar to spiderwebs but far larger and tougher. These masses must be anchored to two or more solid and diametrically opposed points or else the web collapses upon itself and disappears. Creatures caught within a web become grappled by the sticky fibers. Attacking a creature in a web doesn't cause you to become grappled. Anyone in the effect's area when the spell is cast must make a Reflex save. If this save succeeds, the creature is inside the web but is otherwise unaffected. If the save fails, the creature gains the grappled condition, but can break free by making a combat maneuver check or Escape Artist check as a standard action against the DC of this spell. The entire area of the web is considered difficult terrain. Anyone moving through the webs must make a combat maneuver check or Escape Artist check as part of their move action, with a DC equal to the spell's DC. Creatures that fail lose their movement and become grappled in the first square of webbing that they enter. If you have at least 5 feet of web between you and an opponent, it provides cover. If you have at least 20 feet of web between you, it provides total cover. The strands of a web spell are flammable. A flaming weapon can slash them away as easily as a hand brushes away cobwebs. Any fire can set the webs alight and burn away one 5-foot square in 1 round. All creatures within flaming webs take 2d4 points of fire damage from the flames. Web can be made permanent with a permanency spell. A permanent web that is damaged (but not destroyed) regrows in 10 minutes. f you have problems with the web, it is dismissable. ![]()

I've got a few ideas of what I'm going to do to change her up (mostly going to grab fortune to buff allies, that sort of thing). She Who Wait's ochre skin darkens as the creature resists her curse. "The Rough Beast's yearning will shake, and you will find yourself deep in its cage," she repeats. She trips slightly on the words. Finishing the curse, she laughs madly to herself. There is a 50% failure chance that She Who Waits becomes material while walking through the wall. If you would like to roll the percentile for me, on a d100, 1-50 will mean that I fail. The spell is Bestow Curse. If the touch attack is successful, the man must give a DC 19 Will save or have a curse bestowed on him. She Who Wait's curse of choice is the option to have a 50% chance of doing nothing on each turn. This is a permanent effect. If the attack is unsuccessful, she continues to hold the charged spell. As a note, if we're both blinking, She Who Waits does not suffer a miss chance against him. If it's a different spell, it will still apply. If unsuccessful: The witch curses as she materializes in the middle of the wall and appears behind Torrean. Wounds from becoming whole inside of stone bruise her skin for 1d6 ⇒ 1 damage. ![]() The worst it can have is the grappled condition, which imparts a penalty to dex but does not make it flat-footed for deny it its dex bonus. However, since it hasn't yet acted in initiative as far as I'm aware.
