"It seems that my processors have made an error in calculation." notes Sev upon seeing the dragon's reaction to his illusory spell. "Clearly, another tact is required." The android reaches out and touches Lucius' weapon, allowing an arcane surge within the pistol's firepower. Casting supercharge weapon on Lucius' pistol. If the weapon’s next attack hits (provided it is made before the end of the next round), the attack deals 4d6 additional damage against a single target. This bonus damage is of the same type as the weapon’s normal damage (so fire, I trust). The android then seeks cover to end to damaged technoframe.

{{The ryphorians of which I spoke were in the employ of an organization known as Frozen Trove Labs, a Triaxian dragoncorp renowned for its breakthroughs in genetic engineering. The corporation’s CEO is said to be an old vicious white dragon named Aralydio.}} Sev replies telepathically. {{Frozen Trove had discretely set up an outpost on a icy planet, which was previously thought to be uninhabited. That was not the case. My fellow Starfinder agents and I discovered the presence of Icefront Station and revealed their operation.}}

"It should be noted, however, that a full listing of the designations of those ryphorians was never obtained." "After we had been informed of the impact that the station was having on the life-forms, the ryphorians we encountered sought to terminate us." Sev recalls. "In that endeavor," notes the android flatly, "the ryphorians of Icefront Station did not succeed." I played the scenario with this PC, but it was some time ago so I had to do some looking up for details.

"I believe that this creature is a form of--to use a colloquial term--scavenger slime. An ooze-like predator that is substantially composed of materials and objects that it has retrieved from its environs and integrated within its own body. As the entity is capable of generating its own internal supply of energy, it is even capable of incorporating beam weapons and other forms of technology, such as the laser weapon that it is now employing." Sev pontificates. "Accordingly, the 'slime'--if you will--is almost certainly resistant to laser weapons as well as most physical attacks. Further, it has no discernable anatomy, no visual receptors, and no susceptibility to paralyzing, sleep-inducing, stunning, form-altering, or poisoning agents." "This, however," opines the android as he draws his pulsecaster pistol, "should be sufficient--with some additional magical enhancement." Sev casts supercharge weapon upon his pistol.
