A brief outburst of shouting and bright smack of a fist hitting bare flesh breaks the silence of the hallway outside the room. Stumbling into the room, a woman in the distintive steel and sanguine armor of Korvosa's Gray Maidens grimaces as she massages her cheek. She leans out into the hallway and shouts after someone. She throws up her gauntleted hands in futility as she turns back from the doorway, still cradling her cheek. She winces and checks her hand for blood. Finally noticing the seated Thrag, she salutes in the quick, jaunty manner of someone who enjoys flaunting conventions. And there is nothing conventional about her. She has pageboy cut of red hair, fiery orange eyes, and cruel scars running across her entire face in valleys and cracks. The scars have been done over with tattoos, the ink of which pulsates like a warm fire. On her back, she carries a standard with a scarlet rose charge on a silver field, the banner fluttering in a phantom wind. Her hand caresses the pommel of a sheathed longsword. "Sorry about that. Entirely my fault." She does not take a seat, instead casually strolling the room as she takes in the surroundings. "An old flame, one could say. One with quite a hook. Howdy! Sayna is a support character with a lot going on, so I will try to keep on-top of checking gameplay in combat to make sure people know about what bonuses she is giving. I consider reminding people of my bonuses and keeping track of them part of my job as support, so I’m happy to do whatever is necessary to make it easy on y’all! I’m including it all below for reference, but I will do my best to stay on top of keeping y’all updated in combat! Sayna’s Combat Idiosyncracies: -Sayna can’t be flatfooted unless all her allies within 30 ft are b/c of her Maiden’s Panoply armor -Once in Sisterhood Style, Sayna and adjacent allies do not provide soft cover against allies. So you can attack right past her and around her with no penalty! -Once she enters Sisterhood Style, all allies within 20 ft get an *untyped* +1 to reflex and will saves -her banner gives +3 morale vs fear saves and +2 morale on attack rolls as part of a charge -she has the bodyguard feat, which I will preroll in a spoiler at the end of each combat post even if they are not needed, just in case people shift around -if she shares the harrying partners feat with someone and bodyguards them, the dodge bonus (+4) lasts a whole round. Dodge bonuses always stack, so if she bodyguards twice, it becomes a +8 for a round -her archetype gives her challenge both the Order of the Lion and the Order of the Dragon effects, so everyone gets a +4 circumstance bonus on melee attacks vs her target as long as she is threatening, plus she gets a dodge bonus to AC -her strategy order can be used once per combat and as a move action b/c of her archetype, and one of the options it gives allies is to move up to their speed as an immediate action
