After searching their fallen enemies and a cursory look around the room, Riptide moves to the door that leads back to the hallway. He'll use his wand of shield, then long arm before heading back into the hall.

(I had thought that all the attacks must've missed, but looking at the results of the latest round of attacks, I'm thinking you may have missed accounting for Rip's first round of attacks entirely...)

"Sounds like a plan." Riptide will move to the doors and try to use the key on any door he finds locked.

Also, while it may not be relevant to moving forward with investigating this stronghold, Riptide would like to know what he saw looking out the window, since we have no idea where the freed genie teleported us. Are we in a city, countryside? Any major landmarks the brainy types might recognize? In character, we'd want to know where we are, geographically speaking.

down 25. healed 1 with channel, 10 with first infernal healing. Will need 2 charges to finish healing--which will also take a couple minutes, time that can be spent questioning the prisoner. Riptide is okay at intimidate if we decide to go that route, but he's keeping watch until we decide if making nice is getting us the answers we want.

Riptide will stand near the entrance where Corvius exited the room, listening for his return. If Riptide hears him coming while his friends are still negotiating with the genie, he'll quickly step through that door and engage Corvius in conversation to try and buy a little more time, if necessary.

Riptide is normally the strong silent type. He would never encourage anyone to enter into servitude, this case is a matter of free will, hence he's remained silent. Both options stink, but he'll back whatever play folks want to make. Not endorsing either choice. If pressed, he would say free genie, but try and figure out a way to hunt it down and destroy it at a future date. Again, he's a half-orc of few words, but if folks are wondering/want input.
