Rexil works up the courage to try a line about having found these trespassers and bringing them in as prisoners, but Tomaru panics and attacks before he has the chance, so instead he just grabs some boulders and hurls them up at a creature not battling a deva.

Rexil smacks Praxim on the back of the head and sends him sprawling. ”Shut your mouth, slave scum!” he commands.

Then he realizes he may have gone too far and becomes all meek. ”Oops, uh, sorry.”

GM, not sure if you realize, but Rexil’s initiative is +4 in mountains and hills, assuming this qualifies.

F/R/W: +15/+12/+10; AC/T/FF: 30/14/28; CMD: 33 (35 vs bull rush) Perc: +15 (+17 in mountains); Init +2 (+4 in mountains); Max HP: 136; Current HP: 136; Temp: 0

Rexil will take on the sickly storm giant.

Rexil will take his free swing at one of the giants between himself and Thordak.

I always knew that boy was part stone giant. That explains these feelings I’ve been having whenever he’s nearby.

F/R/W: +15/+12/+10; AC/T/FF: 30/14/28; CMD: 33 (35 vs bull rush) Perc: +15 (+17 in mountains); Init +2 (+4 in mountains); Max HP: 136; Current HP: 136; Temp: 0

Rexil grabs a boulder and readies a throw should a giant stick its head over the edge again.

After the arrows are fired, Rexil moves to stand between Praxim and the rock throwers. I think the rules limit rock catching to only attacks made against himself directly, but maybe you’ll let it slide, cause how often does one get to use THIS ability…

Reflex to catch rock: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (17) + 16 = 33 (a large-sized rock is DC 25 to catch, and smaller rocks are less)

F/R/W: +15/+12/+10; AC/T/FF: 30/14/28; CMD: 33 (35 vs bull rush) Perc: +15 (+17 in mountains); Init +2 (+4 in mountains); Max HP: 136; Current HP: 136; Temp: 0

I'll go with mountain. The other option of rogue talent is Strong Impression, which would essentially give him a +10 bonus to his current Intimidate score, but he doesn't tend to go around being all that threatening. Shaken is a nice debuff, however, but not useful against a vampire and his minions, and not nearly as nice as dead.

Dead is an excellent debuff.

F/R/W: +15/+12/+10; AC/T/FF: 30/14/28; CMD: 33 (35 vs bull rush) Perc: +15 (+17 in mountains); Init +2 (+4 in mountains); Max HP: 136; Current HP: 136; Temp: 0

Does this city count as mountains for a ranger's favoured terrain ability, or would it have to be urban? Considering Terrain Mastery as Rexil's rogue talent.

Also:
Has enough time passed and has he had enough influence from Praxim and the others, to officially move from LN to LG? That confrontation/conversation with the nymph seemed like a crossroads moment to me.

F/R/W: +15/+12/+10; AC/T/FF: 30/14/28; CMD: 33 (35 vs bull rush) Perc: +15 (+17 in mountains); Init +2 (+4 in mountains); Max HP: 136; Current HP: 136; Temp: 0

Rexil raises his eyebrows at Praxim's little joke and carefully takes a step away from his mentor...just outside of fireball range.

Rexil looks uncertain as everybody talks over him (which is hard to do to a giant), but he steels himself.

”I go, lady. My people did wrong. I help fix it. Nothing else matters.”

Rexil also gets a parting shot in as the beastie rockets to the sky.

Thorday, Rexil is flanking with you, if you want the +2.

I completely forgot that Praxim has a wand of lesser restoration. Is it okay to say that he's used it to remove Rexil's Wisdom damage from the ghost attack?

Rexil gestures for Thordak to step one way while he steps another, slipping into a flanking position.

Rexil cries out as the ghost’s touch wreaks havoc on his physiology. With no other option but to end this encounter quickly he continues swinging.

The exploding worm drains Rexil's heroic feast health, but leaves him otherwise unscathed.

He steps up to the ghost, though taking advantage of his natural reach to not get right next to it, and not knowing what else to do (though he wishes he knew of something besides this) and takes a swing at it!

Attack: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (16) + 21 = 37

The building begins to shake slightly as Rexil descends the stairwell he barely managed to ascend moments before. A stone giant youth with a massive greatclub appears and forces himself through the narrow doorway, taking off a bit of the frame in the process.

”Oh, right! Sure thing! You,” he says, pointing to one of the shield archons. ”Help.”

Rexil begins beating on the stone wall with his club. Praxim made it magical, so it should withstand the damage.

Rexil does an average of 27 points per hit, so that would be three hits to open a five-foot section, and which point we are likely going to be bombarded with magic missiles. Praxim directs him to almost break through in a couple of places (2 5-foot sections) so they can break the bottleneck more quickly.
