If Poh trips the alchemist with his AoO then I think her bomb attack is prevented. As the alchemist goes for her vials and chemicals, Poh tries to sweep her legs... Poh already made 4 AoO rolls under spoiler above, anticipating Bodyguard rolls. Since no enemy attacks have triggered Bodyguard yet, I would take the first of those spoilered rolls. This works out as follows: trip AoO, haste, ic, heroism, prayer, rolled 15: 15 + 12 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 33
And I hope that lands her on her backside so she spills her bomb!

Poh has a moderate Stealth bonus and could try sneaking. He could also go in Gaseous Form which might grant a bonus (none is specified in the spell description but as a floaty cloud you're not making much sound). If these are not options, I'd suggest Dim-dooring right into Area 9 from where we are now, taking the slowest party members whilst the rest of us run up the passageway. Hit us with another Haste first and everyone should be able to get into melee pretty darn quick. There might even be time for Poh to pop up a True Strike before the off.
