I love adventure paths the way they are. I don't think they're too long at all. They're meant to be ongoing campaigns that plays can devote months or even years to playing.

If anything I wish they were longer so characters could get to level 20 by the end, but I know that's not the popular opinion. :)

Earlier it was mentioned that players who liked Mythic should provide feedback, so here's ours - we loved it! Wrath of the Righteous was super exciting and fun. Our group had a great time and would be more than happy to play a mythic path again anytime, especially if it got us all the way up to level 20. :)

I met my husband roleplaying! He was a bard and I was a druid. We've been together since 1998 and married fourteen years now, and we still roleplay. He's the most fun person I've ever known. ^_^

I know this is a thread for questions, and this isn't a question, but I wanted to say it anyway. :)

Crystal, your module "The Harrowing" is the most fun and creative adventure I've played in a long while. I'm someone who uses and collects Tarot decks, and I've always liked Pathfinder's Harrow deck very much.

The idea to build a whole pocket world around the Harrow deck and filling it with living characters from the cards was a stroke of genius. I had way to much fun conversing and sharing tea with Rakshasa and chasing Rabbit Prince around. The Twins were just so awesome.

The Harrowing is my favorite stand-alone adventure. Thank you so much for coming up with this fantastic story!

I love my awesome husband. As of today we've been married for 14 years. Roleplaying was how we met. ^_^

Monster. It's very engaging. It's a fantastic, psychological thriller with one of the scariest and most intelligent villains I've ever seen.

It'll definitely hold someone's attention. I was captivated by it!

I think I would like to date Seltyiel. He has such a sad character background. It doesn't seem like he's ever had anybody on his side or someone he could trust. When I meet someone like that I always want to hug them and take care of them and make them feel happier.

Not that Seltyiel needs to be taken care of. He's got fire.

I have a little half-elf girl who owns a small restaurant. She has many points in Profession (Cook). She specializes in sushi, onigiri and dumplings.

My aasimar bard spends much of his free time painting, writing poetry and performing. He's great with a violin.

There's also an elven girl who makes decorative masks as works of art.

I've always loved imagining what PCs do in their spare time.

Curse of the Crimson Throne is pretty great if they like city adventures. I'd be interested in how they'd react to Blackjack.

I hope they will survive the succubus, though. This thread has been very entertaining. Good luck, kids! ^_^

I suspect so, in the same way paladins would likely view a worshiper of Calistria as a likely enemy. The dynamics of a PC group would be one place where such an unusual mix of characters could be found working together, but overall, I suspect there's not a lot of spiritualists working with Pharasmins out there.

I've not actually read the rules for a spiritualist, and the book will be out soon enough so I hope it does cover what happens if a phantom gets resurrected.

Thank you for the reply, Mr. Jacobs! I'm really looking forward to the release of Occult Adventures. ^_^

In one of the campaigns I play, my human witch has just met a very nice man and fallen in love with him. After getting to know him and care for him so much, she finds out that he's a werebear. Natural-born, not afflicted.

If they marry and have children, will the children DEFINATELY also be werebears? Or is it a 50/50 chance because the mother is human? At the moment I'm assuming the lycanthropy is the dominant gene.

In this particular case, my human witch would be perfectly fine with her children being werebears or humans, so she's not too worried.

However, I got curious with a couple of other general questions about this kind of situation.

If a mixed couple like werebear x human DID want to prevent their kids from becoming lycanthropes, is there any special magic that would help them do so?

If one kind of natural lycanthrope falls in love with another kind of natural lycanthrope, what would their children turn out to be? (As in, a werebear x wereboar, or some similar strange pairing).

Thank you for any answers or opinions! ^_^

I totally do. Natural attacks are fun!

I think Dwarves are icky. Their beards scare me.

Those half-celestial have to come from somewhere, you know.

Oooh, like a Cassisian? Those guys often have a dove as their true form. ^_^

Very nice! I'm very interested in hearing about specific moments and stories!

Hmmm, I think the sweetest part of their wedding. It wasn't lavish or pre-planned and there weren't even any guests. But the person who officiated for them was pretty amazing.

Slight spoiler for Herald of the Ivory Labyrinth:
Our PCs heroes had just returned home to Drezen after their great success. The fallen Herald had been rescued and redeemed. They even managed to beat up Baphomet! Everyone was very happy.

Later that night, Iomedae visited the PCs individually to thank them and offer them a reward. Gabrielle (the tiefling paladin) had been acting as the temporary herald. She’s the kind of Paladin who is very brave, selfless and humble, so when asked what she wanted for her reward, she replied “I have only wanted two things in all of my life; to serve you, Iomedae with all of my heart and soul, and to have Raphael at my side. I am already as happy as anyone ever could be. Please use whatever reward you would have given me to help the people up in Kenebres as they are in need of so much.”

Iomedae was pleased by Gabrielle’s generosity and said she had chosen well making Gabrielle her (temporary) herald. The Goddess then turned to Raphael (the aasimar ranger) and asked him if he would like a reward.

Raphael dropped to his knee and bowed deeply to his Goddess. “I am in need of nothing, my Lady. The fact that you have chosen us to help you in such an important quest in more than enough.” He looked up, a bit shyly, “But if there is one small thing I might ask for, it would be for your blessing. I love Gabrielle and I wish to marry her. There are some who will think we are not appropriate mates, but if we had your blessing, we would be so happy.”

Iomedae smiled. Not only did she give her blessing, but she actually married them herself right there and then. Gabrielle and Raphael made their vows to one another in the physical presence of their Goddess.

It really played out as a perfect scene for them.

Not all demons can change genders; in fact, very few can. That requires change shape. A cambion who wants to change gender has to follow the options most other races follow.

The virtues that correspond to Thassilon's seven sins are:

Charity
Temperance
Generosity
Love
Humility
Zeal
Kindness

Those are not the same as the classic virtues. And comparing that to your original post, I see those are the ones you were asking about, not the ones used more often in real-world literature and myth.

Thank you for your answers, Mr. Jacobs! This is all really cool stuff to find out. :)

I have played such a pairing! They were in Wrath of the Righteous together. They were Gabrielle (female tiefling paladin) and Raphael (male aasimar ranger). They were both orphans who grew up together and then eventually fell in love and were married.

Because they'd known and relied on one another since childhood, their bond of trust was very deep, and the fact that they came from different bloodlines wasn't even an issue.

They worked as a team all the time and were really a very sweet and loving couple.

Absolutely Curse of the Crimson Throne. It was really fun and would make an excellent hardcover.

I also wouldn't mind a Wrath of the Righteous hardcover edition. Both because I loved the adventure, and because my poor books had shoddy glue and fell apart. It would be great to have a nice sturdy copy! :)

This is an important issue.

The kobold PC in our current campaign is a strange fellow with a particular interest in why it is that people bother wearing underpants. He thinks they're derivative. He's not much of a fan of regular pants either.

I would love to see an adventure path involving travel to many other planes, with heavy focus on elemental planes. This could be something fun for PCs with outsider blood connected to the elements, such as Sulis, Ifrits, Undines, Oreads and Sylphs.

I’d also enjoy the idea of an adventure path take takes place entirely underwater where PCs would be members of aquatic or amphibious races, such as Gillmen, Merfolk or Tritons.

I always the opportunity to try playing a new race and learning about their culture. :)

We loved those kobolds. The Sootscales were fantastic. :)

Do all kobolds love radishes as much as the ones in Kingmaker did?

Yes! ^_^ That one makes me laugh every time, especially with their added visual of their goofy home-made costumes! I also love Think About It.

There's children on the streets using guns and knives
They're taking drugs and each other's lives
Killing each other with knives and forks
And calling each other names like dork
