Bah, I am unsure I will have time to finish my PC. My bro called me last minute with an extra ticket to Last Jedi, and I just don't have the energy to work on him any more tonight. I will try and finish him off tomorrow, before Final Battle.
As befitting somebody who is one with nature, Ormak effortlessly blends into the undergrowth, effectively disappearing from sight.
I agreed with Kyrso's plan. Since nothing else has been presented, that works. Ormak is kinda elemental that way, though if a better plan is suggested, he'll choose which suits him more.
Ormak nods at Kyrso's suggestion. "Makes sense"
The druid slowly walks up to the door, and when he is about thirty feet away, he invokes the spirits of nature to show him any signs of mystickal energies around the door
Ormak peers around the ruins, and also sniffs the air, trying to pinpoint anything of interest or possible threats.
I was kinda expecting you to move us forward, since we all agreed to investigate the ruins. Sorta like a cut scene/fast forward.
Ormak rises, feeds the scorpion, and stands beside the metal man, peering at the ruins in the distance "Investigate?"
"Yes" He says simply, beginning to gather what he needs to do exactly that.
"Hunts Drow. We smell like them" The druid explains.
Ormak examines the snake, trying to figure out what it was. Most snakes he knew weren't so overtly aggressive.
The shifter lets loose a stone from his sling But his attack sails over the snake's head.
As I said in another game, I've lost some motivation lately, and have also been working on a pair of characters for other games.
Jumping up from where he lay sleeping next to Shalista, Ormak sniffs the air, and glances around for trouble
"Campsites up ahead" The shaman tells his companions. "Oasis, small copse, stone formation"
Ormak takes a few moments to study the prints, even going so far as to pick up a handful of dirt and sniffing it. "Old. Five days, maybe. Lots of metal men"
I think we're sort of waiting on others, or maybe you. My last post pointed out the foot prints as possibly being similar to Unmarked's aka perhaps another Warforged.
Ormak follows his new friend, and spots the footprints. He then notices her pointing towards Unmarked's feet. "Same, I think?"
Ormak again shoots a look of disgust at Artor "Afraid?" He asks, as he goes over to calm down his companion.
"I am good, but not that good" The shifter says simply.
"What an Ash-sen-shun?" The shifter asks. "I will look around"
Ormak shoots the dwarf a dark look "Its their homeland"
"We should go there" Ormak says, pointing at the village ahead.
Ormak has been leading Shalista, often pausing briefly to chat with the scorpion. Shortly after the last break, he spots some buildings in the distance.
Druidic: "Gladly shall I do my best to recover such an important artifact to your peoples and do not worry about the scorpion, I will be able to handle her. Does she have a name?"
The Shifter Druid replaces Wild Shape with Wild Shifting. I had forgotten about that when I agreed in character. I'll still help the shaman, but I guess I won't be able to shapechange into a scorpion. You had said in recruitment that you were going to make the archetype more powerful, especially since I am giving up taking Moonspeaker as a PrC, as I believe you said one or the other. Any ideas of how you'll be doing this? Also, would you mind increasing the skill bonus from Shifter Instincts to +2, since it will only apply to Perception now? Finally, can I count Aspect of the Beast as Shifter feat, since it seems perfectly flavored to be one.
Druidic: Ormak bows deeply to the Drow "I would be most honored to learn anything you have to teach me, and gladly will I accept any request in return for such knowledge, revered Elder"
Ormak smiles slightly at the sight of the scorpion and the Shaman communicating. He then speaks to the shaman in the ancient tongue of those who serve nature. Drudic: "Good morning, honored Elder. I am Ormak." He says politely, and with a touch of formality as a way of greeting.
Ormak offers a slight bow to the Drow with scorpion, as it appears to be somebody of respect, or authority.
Ormak enjoys the meal, but once again says very little. Being around this many people is still very new to him, and he is definitely uncomfortable. He does survey his surroundings though, curiosity being strong in him.
The shifter bows from his seat on the dinosaur, indicating he is in agreement.
Sorry, been busy with work and a little sick lately. Also, I'm feeling a bit useless, as Ormak isn't exactly a combat character currently, so there's not much I can do other than toss sling stones.
Targeting the Silver Flame wench, Ormak looses a sling stone
"Bury me, no boxes, and plant seeds" The shifter says somberly. "Let me stay on dinosaur. Better shot that way" He then casts Magic Stone
Holiday week at a grocery store. Been busy. Will post tomorrow, after thanksgiving.
