"I'll catch it if it comes for you." Nisk says, Darkfang ready as he holds Javi up. When the creature rushed from the darkness he threw his all behind a nasty kick aimed toward the nearest he could tell to its center. Attack:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22 For 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

"I agree with Frakdar." Nisk says, uneasy at the darkness even his keen elven senses cannot pierce. "Keep hold of each others robes and move forward carefully. Be ready to fight, and if we do fight, keep making noise. We need to be careful not to strike one another by mistake." The half-elf grabs onto Frakdar's robe with his left hand and begins walking, straining his ears for every hint of a sound. Perception:1d20 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14

Sense Motive:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (11) + 15 = 26 Nisk's smile of triumph is much worse concealed than his Master's and he makes a saucy little salute of disrespect as he leaves the hall, feeling good all the way to bed. In the morning Nisk rose and tried on the robe. Finding the fit excellent and the arms to mid-forearm where he generally tore his shirts he was a little shocked. "Did someone measure us last night? I would suspect drink but I know I didn't have more than a glass of Summerwine. That's rather creepy."

Nisk remains petulantly unmoving as the ceremony with the tea glasses is performed. He was aware his behavior was a bit childish but he took a little pleasure in it nonetheless. However, he couldn't stop his stomach from leaping a bit at the sight of the food being carted in and he seemed ready to kill the servers if they didn't set it down soon.
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Sense Motive:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19 Nisk tries to sit calmly, but is angered when Javi points out the slight. "He returns and they insult him?" He asks with a sneer, then visibly attempts to calm. He sits for almost an hour unmoving, though a close observation shows his teeth grinding. Finally, he begins to stand. "Screw this. I will not sit by whi-" The angry half-elf's outburst is interrupted by the door opening, and he quickly turns to face it. "It seems the other schools have chosen to join us." Nisk says, not speaking loudly but making no effort to hide his words. "Perhaps it is appropriate they would arrive late." Nisk returns to his seated position, returning the dark glares of the students in orange robes as he also surreptitiously analyzes the rest of the schools.

Nisk avails himself of a bit of wine and some fruit, then as many exotic meats as he can find. Finally settling on a plate full of some kind of exceptionally flavored meat, he catches the end of the tale. "Master Gond left over a woman. Doesn't seem the type." Nisk chews the thought over along with his food. "Though I suppose we're all different when we're younger." Nisk rolls his eyes at The Champion, disgusted at him making such a straight line for the women. Nisk had little use for women. All the one's he had met had either been willing to slit his throat for a coin or been simpering sycophants of the Elven court.
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk nearly broke his neck trying to take everything in. His ears almost tingled from all the liquidy smooth language flowing into them. It was all so distracting he didn't even notice anyone looking at them. "I wonder when we'll be free to look around." He thought aloud as he looked at a haunch of some kind of insect and wondered how it would taste. Perception:1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13

Nisk is too busy gawping at the city to care much about the Bear's usually amusing antics. He'd never seen so many colors of silk, so many tall buildings... the whole place was just ridiculous. He couldn't stop staring, even when a smallish monkey man made a rude gesture as he passed.
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk decides to make the bare-chested man hit the deck before he shifted focus. Making one go down would make the other child's play, so he struck forward once more, his arms windmilling to strike low at the man's thighs. Power Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 For 1d6 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13

"Ooofff!" Comes the grunt as Nisk is struck, then, a little dazed, looks around for his buddy. Got to get to him. He's not very good alone. Nisk sees that Javi is backed against the crowd by the other man and realizes he may have to take a strike to get there. Ducking forward, he attempts to slide by the man ahead of him, popping upward to soar towards the mast, then throw his whole body behind an elbow strike toward the back of the man threatening Javi. Moving in a straight line to E3, attempting Acrobatics to avoid AoOs
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk will start in E6 Looking firmly and solidly at the opponent on the left Nisk makes a rather obvious motion toward him. "That one." He says, rather too loudly for such a secretive conversation. Intimidate:1d20 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4 At the same time his hand taps lightly at Javi's right side twice, trying to make it difficult to see for anyone else, but hopefully forceful enough to tell the fellow half-elf of his deception. Bluff:1d20 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0 I did not a social character make...

"Again!" Mtumbo barked, watching Nisk rise from the deck. "And this time keep your feet." Nisk rises with rage in his eyes, then forcibly calms. The Anja will not respond to rage. The third eye opens for he who is calm. Nisk steps into his stance again before the tall Mwangi, who takes his own stance across the deck. "You strike without thought, trying only to pummel your enemy into submission. You accept his blows even when you do not know his strength." Mtumbo rushed forward, taking a strike from Nisk in order to plant a much more solid one that shoved Nisk nearly over the side of the railing. "Beating your enemy down is all you need. The sooner the enemy is dead the sooner I have won." Nisk replies as he steps upward onto the railing, avoiding Mtumbo's next blow and leaping over him in a tight ball to strike the unmoved man in the back with both feet. "WRONG!" Comes another bark from the larger man, as he sweeps Nisk's newly regained footing from under him. "The enemy on the ground is unable to strike back. Break your enemies footing, and he will be helpless before you." This last is said to a dazed Nisk as he attempts to rise again. "Then show me." Nisk says, taking his stance once more. "You are tired. Come back later." Mtumbo says, his eyes turning from his pupil. This is a mistake, as he feels a foot to his side a moment later. "Show me. I'll do it until it's right." Nisk says, his newly awakened Anja twinkling in his dark eyes. The Harrower's training was easier, physically, than Mtumbo's. It consisted of meditation and Chakra binding. "The Chakra of the Third Eye calls to you, the Anja, on your brow." The woman said, placing two fingers onto his brow and painting a small circle there. "Already you see more of others than they wish, but you do not know your true potential. You must see ahead, know what they do before they choose to move. This will make you better, harder to strike." Nisk sat uncomfortably on the small mat across the Harrowing table, seeing her count out her cards. "Open the Brow Chakra." She asked once more, and Nisk suppressed a sigh of resentment as he made the significant mental effort to pry open his third eye. Suddenly he saw the world as it would be, soon, but not far enough to be disorienting. "I don't know what use this is. It's too tough to open in combat and I can't keep it going long enough to use it before." Nisk complains, his anger growing once more. "Calm, young dragon. It will grow easier with time." She replied, as she always did when his temper caused Nisk to spout something stupid. She then pulled a card from the deck. "The Lovers." Nisk said, feeling the future before she turned the card. "Good. Next?" She asked, unmoving. "I can't see it until almost as you turn it." Nisk complained. "You can, and you will, in time." The Harrower said, as he she pulled another card to continue his training. Now Nisk sat, high in the crow's nest, physically and mentally drained. He could keep his Anja open far longer now, and open it with hardly any effort. But still he practiced, knowing he had to see further, and hold it open all day if necessary. The half-elf sat in the crow's nest, his eyes opening with their deep spark, then going dark once more as he lost his grip hours later. Then sparking as he tried once again. There he stayed most of the day, treating his Anja like a new form, learning his Third Eye as just another part of himself.

I'd prefer if you'd let me stack MoMS and Martial Artist, since the only thing they both replace is Perfect Self at 20, which I won't get anyway, and since I haven't yet gotten anything that Martial Artist replaces yet. Then I can advance as a monk again under Gond's tutelage, but keep Nisk's more chaotic side.
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Actually it would likely be my continued levelling. I see little benefit in my play style to staying with Unarmed Fighter, who gets a lot of grappling things I really never plan to use. Very annoying. EDIT: I'd move back to monk but I don't see Nisk becoming lawful anytime soon (he's really more chaotically bent) and Martial Artist doesn't stack with MoMS

Enraged by his miss (And the many before it), Nisk strikes out once more. Power Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24 For 1d6 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16 "Why!" He punctuates with a knee strike. "Can't! You" His arms and elbows strike at the creature expertly. "STAY! STILL!!" Nisk yells, his final word coming with a piercing knife hand to the huge thing's eye.
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk quakes a bit at this odd new threat. "That's.... new." He said, then his training took over as he launched himself between the ships, hell bent on this new prey. When striking a foe with superior reach draw his attacks to you when you have allies. They will thank you for it. Nisk's rolling landing rises into an axe kick high above the head of the monster. Charging Power Attack:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18 For 1d6 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16

Okay a few thoughts came to me. Anja's Awakening: An indigo gleam appears in the binder's eyes, the result of him activating his Third Eye Chakra. The Anja gives the binder almost superhuman perception in combat, including very slight precognition. The binder gains a +1 Dodge bonus to AC. The bind can be expelled as a swift action, the binder using its energy to look further into the future and make a devastating strike, dealing damage as if the binder had the Vital Strike, Improved Vital Strike, or Greater Vital Strike feats (Whichever the binder would be eligible for at the time). And Maneuver:
The maneuvers are a once per encounter deal right?
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk turns his momentum into a backward roll and comes up in a fighting stance once more. Momentarily, he is shocked by the size of the fish creature, then his mouth goes grim. "Could probably use some help here." He says fairly calmly over the battle fray, then launches forward. Moving low through his quick forms, body and head moving in constant concert, he comes in low, then strikes at the creatures knee with a knife-hand. Power Attack:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 For 1d6 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Defense for first attack:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (19) + 15 = 34

While I feel barring the door is probably the smarter option, Nisk isn't that smart :P Nisk readies himself, checking his stance and remembering his tutors words. Center yourself, even in battle. Know where you are and your opponent. He breathed carefully, readying himself like a tightly wound spring for the creature that would come up. Pay attention to the battle overall, but focus on whatever key points will change it.
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
"Damn right." Nisk said back flatly, not trusting whatever these creatures might be able to call upon, he leapt forward into the fray, attempting to use his natural acrobatics to avoid the strikes of those between him and the strange casters. Acrobatics to avoid AoOs:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25 The half-elf danced nimbly through his enemies to reach the chanting fish. Avoiding for once his usual overly flashy style, Nisk simply threw out one heavy fist, striking at the fish things throat as he heard his partner's fist doing the same on the other side. Darkfang Charge Attack:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11 (D'oh!)

"Fish people." Nisk said with a confused grimace. "I can honestly say I did not see that coming." He notices Javi has disappeared with a slight grin. Good. He's best when he's not being seen. The muscular half-elf stands ready and grabs onto the railing with one hand to avoid being thrown and waits until the fishys get closer, watching between the boats to best guess the trajectory of any ranged attacks. AC against first attack:1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk stands uneasily, watching the others being so calm. "I hate this part." He whispers to Javi to avoid bothering the others. "The waiting is the worst part." He gestures to the smaller half-elf with his rope dart. "You're faster than I am, and I can avoid any attacks if something's on there. Let me strike first and draw their fire, then move in behind me to flank it. Agreed?"
Male Half-Elf Monk 2/Fighter 2
Nisk looks at the ship for awhile longer to see if anything changes, and if it doesn't he quickly puts away the spyglass and scuttles back down the rigging. "A warship. But..." The half-elf shrugs. "There's no one crewing it? I couldn't see one person on deck. Ever heard of such a thing Captain?"
