Aaah! Hide! The executioner is coming in 6 hours! (Luckily, I didnt' enter.) I wrote 14,000 words in a fantasy-adventure novel this November. Only excuse I can think of that is true for not entering.

I wrote 14,000 words this November in a super-awesome fantasy adventure novel for a class project. That's the only excuse I can conjure up (but it's true!)

10 (almost) hours left. No I didn't enter this year, but I still like to count.

I've learned my lesson.

Alexander MacLeod was my favorite coming in, but unfortunately his entry just didn't catch my eye. Now I might surprise most of you on this one, but my vote goes to...

Whoopelai. Big miss here. Lack in detail, no grid, and I have to ask you, did you use MS Paint? Because MS Paint is NOT the tool to use to make maps. Stairs in to the wall, it doesn't look like a winery at all. Huge miss. Sorry.

It would give a player great frustration to have the golem as the only thing to get killed by. Defeat the golem, win the game. Not exciting. Sorry. Grabbing name, interesting description, weird map, poor creature use, just not enough to get my vote. But what do I know? I'm only 10.

I'm on the fence on this one. I like the colorfulness, even though it shouldn't matter if it's colorful or not. I think that it's a great map, but only because it's colorful. Mr.Bruck, you have got away from getting 0 points. You've got 49pts.

Again I'm on the hook. I like the super surprising feeling, but as Clark pointed out, this is a 'monsters attack' encounter. You're less lucky here.

I liked the gut-stone, I liked the Chymick and really, that made me want to read this. The ‘monsters attack’ theme lost you some points, but the writing makes up for that. Congratulations, you've received my last vote.

I appreciate more comments on my item. The more, the better!

But I have a question regarding the "greatly underpriced" matter.

How is this underpriced?

Maybe it's underpriced by a 1000, by 2000, but by 10.000+? I'm lost.

Would you please explain why it's underpriced?

P.S My dad helped me a lot with my math, so if it IS underpriced, blame him. ;)

Description
The bell of lost moments is a bronze hand-held bell. Ringing this bell will paralyze all humanoids within 30 feet except for the ringer (Will DC 20 negates). Creatures who cannot hear are not affected by the bell. Those affected gain the paralyzed condition for 2d4 rounds. After 2d4 rounds, those affected cannot remember anything that happened during that period. The bell sounds like a high-pitched chime that lasts for about 5 seconds. The bell can only be rung once every 24 hours.

Fleetfoot is distracted from the applause and moves in a fairly indirect path. Kornelius' lance strikes his target hard. Ehlissa misses and is knocked from her horse.

Well, I spent the afternoon trying to teach Pathfinder to my boys, ages 11, 9, and 6. I was as old as the youngest when I started playing D&D, back in the red box days. The 11 year old seemed to grasp the concept of role playing to an extent, but the other two just wanted to go around killing things. Any ideas?

Well, it makes sense that your two younger kids want to destroy everything in sight, as that was something I wanted to do in my first D&D games. Make it simple, tell them which monster are best to kill before the start of the game, and as they get older (the two younger ones) make it harder and harder.
