Orders still aren't being updated to a completed status after they are received, even after weeks. I've had three orders delivered at the end of April/beginning of May and this morning they were still only at the shipped status despite me having received them weeks ago.

It's getting frustrating to have to regularly email customer service to have my orders manually marked as completed so I can get gold added into my account.

Pathfinder Adventure, Adventure Path, Lost Omens Subscriber

Did you get the subscription reminder email a few days prior that confirms everything that will be going out with your subscription for you to make any changes to your order?

Sketch covers are technically a "semi-special" edition, which doesn't include things like the Beginner Box typically. The upcoming Sketch edition releases never included the Beginner Box at all.

For Feybound, it's likely because the preview sketch edition art was not yet available for them to add onto Upcoming Releases page since it isn't coming out for about 7 months. Almost all of the Special Edition covers show the standard art on that Upcoming Releases page right now too.

Any actual purchase I've made that's been delivered since mid-February hasn't been updated to completed even after delivery.

I've just sent an email to customer service, but it's kind of ridiculous.

My information for subs has not changed and most of the the other users reported the same.

Same issue for me. I received an email that Paizo couldn’t process my subscription order and that I need to update my payment. I did update my payment info, but again got an email that they couldn’t process my subscription order and I need to update my payment details.

Same here. Never had this happen before, and I've got more than 6 months before my card's expiration date.

I was so looking forward to my copy being set to arrive today, but unfortunately I live right in the middle of that blizzard that slammed the northeast. Oh well, what's another 24-48 hours(depending on road conditions)?

It would be cool if they did do a singular pawn set for multiple books, especially since there's one for Battlecry now (which yes, it is nice to have pawns for troops, which were not really seen in the other sets), having a set come out maybe once per year with newly introduced creatures would be nice.

Also would have been cool if a set got released for Season of Ghosts for the hardcover remaster.

I don't know if Paizo Gold is working as intended?

I'm a Legendary status, but I haven't gotten any gold since November for my subscriptions nor my two seperate purchases outside of those subscriptions.

I have been able to leave reviews to get the gold, but my purchases don't seem to be added.

It really doesn't seem to be working properly. Neither of my January purchases are reflected in my rewards history, and it doesn't show any updates there for me since 12/18/2025.

Mine came in today, and even though I knew it would be just essentially cardboard coins, and not stand-up pawns, I was still very disappointed.

Many of these are so zoomed in on the creature's faces that I have no idea what I'm looking at until I read the back of the token, because that's the only place where the name can go.

I miss the full artwork on each pawn, showing the actual scale of whatever the players are encountering. I can imagine these are going to be much more difficult to move around a map than the pawns are too.

Overall, these seem like a major step back, and I'm less motivated to continue with the Starfinder line.

It will show closer to the release month. We've asked the vendor to fix this display issue. I think I've seen it fixed if you try and add-to-next an item as well (even if you later remove that item).

Thank you for the quick reply Jim!

Did they both appear at the same time for you? So far I've had the PDFs for Draconic Codex and the Starfinder GM Core (glad there's a pocket edition SF sub now!) appear at different times but still not the AP PDF.

I'm hopeful that this change to the AP format might also have a bit of a quality boost. Since typically all three books were being written separately (and what seemed to be simultaneously), there would sometimes be kind of a thematic disconnect between AP segments. With APs now being one full book, is this going to result in a change to the collaborative nature of the writing process as well?

There's a post on the Starfinder 2E subreddit that seems to be showing that the Magnetar Rifle is a complete 1:1 tracing job of the art for Halo 4's ARC-920 railgun (https://www.halopedia.org/ARC-920_railgun).

I'm curious what Paizo's response to this is, because it comes off like an artist blatantly stealing somebody's work and presenting it as their own.

Paizo has a serious issue with their UPS-MI shipping policy. I really wish they'd use something better that doesn't save us a few bucks at our (and customer support's) expense. If you have a package that never gets to you, because the tracking numbers almost never work you just have to wait until the order is outside of the arrival window and Paizo will issue a replacement.

That said when my most recent Howl of the Wild subscription order came, I noticed the UPS label in fact showed the tracking number Paizo emailed me *but* with my zip code precessing, and when I tried using that number on UPS in the format [ZIP CODE][PAIZO PROVIDED TRACKING NUMBER STARTING IN PZO] it actually worked so I guess it's worth trying that if you haven't?

I JUST tried this with the tracking number from my last order, which UPS was NEVER able to show any tracking data for, AND IT WORKED!

THANK YOU!

Forewarned is forearmed for my August watch!

Unfortunately, it did not work when I just tried it on my end with my July order (maybe because I've received it?). I attempted with just the regular 5 digit ZIP alone, and with the post office code added, with and without the dash.

Only updates I ever get are on my Informed Delivery when they hand it off to USPS.

I am. Last update was on 4/1 saying it was received at my local post office, and there's been no movement since. I've been trying to do Package Intercept so I can just pick it up from there, but it's not even functioning.

As of today, my March order has still not been delivered, and the USPS has removed the shipment information from my list of expected packages entirely. Opened a ticket with CS.

I'm in the boat of "I have my PDFs, but have no idea where my packages are." UPS-MI has gone back to not updating after several months of being fine.

I know this seems minor and that the advice is just to sit tight, but I can't emphasize enough how bad mail delivery is in my area, and how they won't so much as fart until you have tracking that shows movement. They just direct me back to contacting the sender.

Same. I got my shipping email and PDFs on Nov. 1st. No info when I check the UPS-MI tracking and nothing on USPS Informed Delivery indicating that it has been handed off to them yet either.

Also, mail has been terrible in my area lately. The DMV sent something out on 10/28 to us, with a "you need to do this by 11/10" warning on it. We didn't get it until two days ago.

Remember that those days between the 24th and today include a weekend.

My order is only a little bit ahead of yours -- it also left Washington state on the 24th and just reached my region today.

Oh absolutely, weekends do prevent shipping. The UPSMI location it departed from on Thursday is only about 20 minutes away from my local post office, so that it not reaching the post office on Friday or Monday is somewhat odd. Usually they get there on the same day it leaves that UPSMI spot.

Same. I use USPS informed delivery to track my deliveries and it has been at "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" since the 27th.

Removal/renaming of OGL monsters would probably be the major point of change. But also, Bestiary 1 has had no issued errata so far, and there's a couple big errors that need to be addressed (like the Clay Golem's Cursed Wound error).

And the Ancient Red Dragon being listed as huge instead of gargantuan in Bestiary 1. James Jacobs confirmed that was a typo, but it was never corrected with any errata.

As my wife and I are out of town a lot over the summer, I created an account at USPS.COM and under "Informed Delivery" (I think), you can sign up for daily emails about mail/packages coming to you. You can also not use email, but daily check what is coming.

I've unfortunately had my Informed Delivery tracking not update until the package was delivered recently. Thankfully, there's usually somebody at home to hear the Ring alert say there's activity at the front door.

I'm interested in law and crime preview and the "what people know" chapter especially :O

Law and crime section is fairly generic, with a table of common laws and punishments that probably apply in most of the world. It is followed by a few pages of sample wanted posters.

The What People Know section gives a brief overview of world history and each region. The major assumption is that the information in this section is best known by people for whom it is of local origin.

After looking at the wanted posters in my PDF, is it just me, or does the lettering for WANTED and BOUNTY look like placeholder text?

It would be cool if print-on-demand for something like pawns was a feasible option, but also totally makes sense that it isn't feasible.
