Morthak will want to move into position so he can help out against one of the enemies. If he can move into flanking position on an enemy (his move is 30') he will move and then make an attack while fighting defensively (AC will be 19). Otherwise he will go full defense (AC will be 21) and then just try to move out 30' and to one side or the other, whichever looks like he could get behind more enemies.
