Marius bites at the crossbowman in front of him

He then takes a cagey step backwards 5 foot step, and turns back into the more traditional rougarou form Swift action. As the bolts stuck in his flesh move during the transformation, he lets out a howl of pain.

Marius slams into the door again

Marius tucks his head down and slams into the door, a slightly more awkward manouvre as a wolf but enhanced by his new strength

Pleasantly surprised with how the door fell before him, Marius thinks about trying the same thing on the next door. Before he rushes out though, he barks out.

"Check him for keys!"

to no-one in particular, and drops down onto all fours. As he does so, his limbs shift until he appears to fully be a big wolf, and then he runs round to the central door.

Change Shape (As Beast Shape I) into a Wolf, then move 50 feet. I'm also assuming Zhaxia chose to spend another Mage Armor charge on Marius, if so thank you!

"Grrrr!"

Hit by the bolt, Marius runs at the door and slams his shoulder into it.

Heh this may have been a mistake

Marius knows his demeanour can be intimidating, even to people who know him. He tries to slowly grab a trail ration to offer the dog whose language he's having trouble understanding.

Marius had been feeling a bit superfluous after the chests, but Torch's beligerance made him laugh despite himself.

Such an absurd little man

At the tower, keen to demonstrate his worth to his adopted family, he approaches the dog with Therin (walking carefully around the towers and stopping if he sees any sign of life or movement) and tries to talk to it.

Marius is the wolfiest-wolf man there is and has the Beastkin (Wolf) trait which allows his to cast Speak with Animals at will, but only to speak with wolves. Obviously dogs aren't wolves, but maybe there's a bit of crossover?

"Grr, harf harf, grr, woof"

Like a bloodhound, Marius examines each of the chests in turn, mostly by sniffing near them.

Marius looks stunned at the initial price, but relieved as Torch reveals it as just a conversational gambit.

At the second offer he is disappointed, especially when forcing the safes open is taken off the table. Nevertheless he knows first-hand just how skilled his fellow Pathfinders are, even if he himself will not be able to help with this task. His confident stance never wavers.

I don't think Marius can help with this one beyond moral support

Feeling lithe and unencumbered with his usual armour, Marius grabs the dangerous looking vials and stuffs them in his pack, taking the whole chest if it will fit.

"Fear not" he says to Therin, sniffing at the air.

"The only blood I smell here is the trail we followed. To Torch!"

This is a real edge case :)

Yukari I think the important thing is you get to choose a corner. In your first example you can choose one of the upper corners to decide that B does not have cover from A.

It's only when all of the corners cannot draw four unobstructed lines that you have cover (because then you can't choose one without), as appears to be the case in the game. The line about borders is new to me, but given it I agree with the GM.

Marius growls even louder as the myriad creatures burst from the grain, but he stays focused on the green clad opponent.

Finally he steps away from some of his other assailants.

Marius was behind edge of the wall like Yukari so there is no charge lane, hence the single move.

This was my thinking too. I thought I might be able to make a case for charging the rightmost one, but I wanted to make sure the one with the vials was at least threatened.

Is anyone else having trouble with the map?

My options with it are limited, as I don't own it.

I'm not but if you wanted to copy it or setup you're own we could edit the existing one to just have a link to the new one?

Marius growls, extends his claws and heads straight for the creature with the vials!

Move action to move and swift to extend claws

Marius gets back into cover as quietly as he's able.

"Undead! Two guards, one unpacking vials. That must be the poison. I'm going in on the count of 5..."

Marius will give Zhaxia a few seconds to arrange things with the others or offer an alternate plan, but after that he'll charge in!

Marius follows the trail and pokes his head around the doorframe to the north to see if he can see the end of the blood trail.

At Zhaxia's suggestion he nods and stands ready, his claws extended and readied.

Marius follows Rusty's lead, but knowing his bulk is more noticable he stays out of sight of the open doors and watches Rusty's reaction.

He sniffs the air for scents of undead, but something catches in his snout and he sneezes.

Zhaxia is about to stow her wand when she pauses. "Could anyone else use a shot from this?"

"Yes actually that would be grand" Marius starts removing his leather armour and stuffing it into his pack as he says this.

"I hate wearing armour but I hate getting stabbed more. This is perfect"

Shifters get WIS to AC if they're not wearing armour so that helps Marius a bit thanks! Assuming it counts as not wearing armour that is. I think so?

He extends his claws and stands by the door, and gives Rusty a nod to confirm he's in agreement.

Marius sniffs the air carefully, moving around a little as he does, then looks at ground with CeCe.

Maybe Marius's scent could be useful? Also auto aid with the survival

"Where do we find them? Do they have an office somewhere? I hope it's not in the puddles..."

Marius shakes himself dry and gives Yukari a meaty pat on the back for her impressive efforts.

"Where can we find this Nessian Yargos? It sounds like time is of the essence!"

While Rusty and Yukari easily open their locks, Marius wrenchs at his...

Marius gasps as the chain slips through his grasp, and immediately dives into the water alongside the others. Mid-flight his fur becomes oily and gills open up along his throat.

Swift action and two uses of Reactive Aspect for aquatic form, which gives water breathing and a swim speed for 1 minute. The swim speed lets him take 10 on swim checks always, so he'll do that for a 24 if the +8 racial bonus to swim checks for "special actions" or to "avoid a hazard" applies, 16 if not

"Noo!"

Marius rushes forward to grab the dangling prisoner.

Move up and presumably standard to grab? I'll roll a strength check in case it's required

Marius roars out at the injustice unfolding before them.

"Hey, leave them be!"

He opens his big hands and extends fears some claws, then runs at the nearest thug and slashes them

He only has 5 foot reach, but he can extend it to 10 feet as an immediate action (using a reactive form), so if one of the toughs moves out of a square 10 feet away, he'd do that and take an AoO slash

Alongside the gnome and the Android is a very tall wolf-headed humanoid, sniffing the air thoughtfully.

"No sign of our quarry yet" he reports, before offering a hairy claw to Brat when they're nearly knocked over.

"Marius", he offers in response to Rusty Metals and Brat's offered names, his speech gravelly and distant. His continues to sniff the air.

He has scent in case that should be relevant

Marius brings the mood down by growling angrily at Eynemb.

"This one's hubris nearly killed us all and unleashed havoc on the world. There must be consequences or the next megalomaniac to try it might be successful. I will gladly volunteer at their trial if required"

He checks on Figg and Rossby before accepting the Mayor's gifts.

"Thank you Mayor Farzhan. May your future rituals be rather less exciting!"

Marius looks shocked that Fichead would think of him. He lowers his snout and he mutters.

"Thank you Fichead"

His natural attacks are all the same at the minute except the bite does more damage types

He tries out his newly enhanced bite, trying to draw this creatures attention away from Figg, but he finds it difficult to pierce its shadowy armour.

Marius rolled 16,18,16 last time, shouldn't that have been 3 hits? Or 1 I suppose, but 2 seems odd!

Marius is a whirling dervish of claw and bite, rage at the hubris of this individual who seems to think they know better than the community

Marius extends wicked claws on both hands and runs around Eynemb to cut off his retreat.

"What is the meaning of this?"

Swift action to extend claws, double move around. If it seemed advantageous (such as if Eynemb were to 5-foot step and cast) he will use an immediate action (after his turn is complete) to give himself stretching form and gain 10' reach

Marius can only use logic I think by the clarified rules

Marius awkwardly steps up to the podium.

"You say that creatures are pouring from the hole caused by the eruption, but is the fissure not sealing itself as is the way of fissures? This problem will solve itself and we need not put ourselves at risk"

Alas, the only skill of even passing relevance Marius has ranks in is Knowledge (nature), which the handout lists as possible for Logic (if applicable). The cheat-sheet doesn't list it though, so if it's not applicable then Marius can't choose any tactics, and will have to stand at the side growling to punctuate others points

Do we need to be trained in the skills to assign them to a tactic? Or just for the tactics ones you listed by the masks?

After the battle Marius asks if any of his fellow pathfinders know how to use the magic stick that his Liberty's Edge faction gave to him for healing wounds?

Marius snarls threateningly on being kicked, smashes his toy sword on the floor and extends wicked looking claws on both his hands in anger, then looks around hoping for a fight. He's disappointed when the mayor comes over.

Green should know where Marius is as he made an attack from an adjacent square. You only learn direction for a reach attack I believe so Rossby is probably OK

Marius attempts to knock out his opponent as quickly as possible, striking with his wooden scimitar with both hands and then attempting to bite a well armoured region so as to not cause much damage.

Marius will move and attack green instead. There's no threatened area to acrobatics through so his first roll have been the attack for an 11 to hit

Marius dances around the newly sighted Wayang to appease his mask, then attempts to thwack it with his wooden scimitar.
