I do not believe it makes a difference for Janira, but you neglected the -2 to hit from being entangled. Entangled also imposes a -4 penalty to Dexterity (so -2 to AC and Reflex saves). GM:
I also believe that Janira's lingering performance should be continuing/finishing this round if this is round 2 with the minotaur. I will add that bonus as a post-scrip to my dice rolls. "Whra! No!" Mapache shrieks as he emerges from the brush to find the halfling cut down. He whips his sling around, sending an iron sphere toward the murderous beast. Dice: Sling, FE: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 5 + 2 = 16 +1 more for Inspiring Courage = 17 B, cold iron, FE: 1d4 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 2 = 8 +1 more for Inspiring Courage = 9
A startled screech escapes Mapache's lips when the minotaur erupts from the bushes. He looks back and forth between the halfling Pathfinder and the cave. "But this one believes the cave is too small for the minotaur..." Janira apparently set upon her heroics, the vanara follows the others into the cave, thankful for Salvadore's floating light. When they arrive at the pit, Mapache skitters across the side of the tunnel to the other side and looks back at the others with an expectant grin. Climb Speed: Take 10 for 24.
Witnessing how dangerous the feathered predators are, Mapache unwinds a sling as he moves to gain line of sight with the hippogriff that attacked Yuza. His tail reaches into a pouch and loads the sling with a iron sphere. The vanara whips the sling over his head and releases. Sling, IC: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 5 + 1 = 21
"This one is happy to meet you, Yuza," the vanara says with a grin as he climbs over the back of a chair and then sits down cross-legged. "Good, good," he says to Janira and them climbs back over the back of the chair as you all prepare to depart. Mapache hardly stops moving except to eat and then only barely as you travel. He ranges from the front of the march to the back, chatting with whoever is nearest and willing to listen. "From where do you hail, Yuza?" "This one has never met a vine who speaks," he says to the leshy. "What do you eat? Do you dislike we who eat plants? This one does not eat meat." "Very interesting," he comments as he pokes Khrezh's prosthetic with the tip of his tail. "Who performed this modification?" "May this one read your book of spells," he asks Salvadore. Once you reach the forest, he spends as much time traversing through the branches above as he does walking on the ground.
A wide-eyed vanara with white and gold fur enters the Pig's Paunch. His prehensile tail waves back and forth--the tip just over his shoulder--like a snake waiting to strike. "Is this one late?" he asks as he looks over the adventurers in the middle of inventory. "Mapache is very sorry for his tardiness." |
