I get that much, I meant more immediately at the crime scene and house. We can track down the delver that was supposed to be the latest love interest. We also have the Vai lead. We have human foot prints leaving the scene. There are a slew of magical shenanigans that could be in play as well.

It looks like Angeus and Maicoh could have had a professional relationship at least. I would imagine Hroethgar would at least be remembered. I mean, they're can't be that many minotaur wizards around. Especially ones taking orders for magical items that aren't a part of the inverted pyramid.
