Looks like a collection of information on the Great Old Ones - strange, powerful, and malevolent ancient beings associated with the planet Aucturn and known to inhabit the fringes of space.

Given that it is written in both Aklo and Morlamaw, it seems that the locals have been researching and/or worshiping some rather dangerous entities...
