I can if the game doesn't require roll20

I don't think i'll be able to play....

The first session will occur over Roll20 - a separate website which incorporates a virtual tabletop, as well as video and voice chat. If you wish to participate however, you will need to be able to make a solid long-term commitment as well as be available long after 7PM on Monday nights. I know that you listed your availability as lasting only until 9:30 - a time which the game will most definitely run past considering that most of our other players are only available after 7. If you're still able to work things out, great, otherwise I wish you look in finding a game elsewhere.

Yeeeeaaahhh.....about that, I don't have access to Roll20.

Leafripper looks like he's about to say something, but shuts his mouth, as if he's not sure what to say.
Finally, he says: "Umm...Hello...uh, would you like a seat?"
He pulls up a chair.

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

As soon as he sees the elf enter, he snaps to attention.
Leafripper is always respectful to full-blood elves, and he's always looked up to them. (Too bad he's HALF-elf...lol)And no not a salute...

Yeah I know...I just got my hopes too high, that's all.

Awwwww....oh well, so much for playing 2 characters...

GM Viskous wrote:

So we have 3 Life link healers

2 other divine caster types
2 front liners
and a bard.

Seem to be lacking a full arcane caster

If I could play two characters, I could do the arcane caster

Hey guys, whats up? I have arrived. I can totally play, Orcus

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

sorry guys I gotta go. see you tomorrow 5:30!

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

Leafripper, trying to calm himself, takes out his sword and begins to etch in it once more.

The day a bard survives an assault by an equally leveled, angry barbarian... is going to be the day I put away my dice.

Then again, Hamish is one tough bard...

I may have gone a little overboard...

"Balance?" Hamish says inquisitively. "There's a big hole in the universe spittin out demons up north if you want to correct balances." He thumbs towards Leafripper. "And one of his mates got ate by a bloody walking salad bowl it's a mad world. I'm just asking if there's one real good reason to risk life and livelihood to go trompin down the nose of a man's smiling house who can apparently move his island halfway round the god's damned world. Dun know bout you but that's the sort of gaffer I'd rather not meet right?"

Leafripper shoots from his seat angrily. "OI! Who 'r you ta talk?! YOU didn't see yer mother massacred and EATEN by goblins in front of your face, and couldn't do nuttin' cuz' you were an infant, did ya'?!" Leafripper roars.

He then realizes he had been shouting, and sits back down.

One of the other recruits laughs at this comment. "Well, he could have chosen the shape of a giant hand with its middle finger extended. Whoever this is has to be incompetent. I'm sure a team of four of our greenest recruits could find this guy and stop him."

"Oi! I take it that means your volunteerin!" Hamish ribs.

"A good question might be, why bother? Plenty of old bad liches dustin up the place to worry over. What's another?"

"I dunno...." Leafripper scratches his head. "I gotta BAD feeling about this..."

YES! I GOT TO QUOTE HAN SOLO!!! :D

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

"At least, I would think so. I mean, if I had that much power, I'd make an island for myself spot-middle of a big city, such as Absalom, or maybe Magnimar."
"Let alone spooking out some people..."

To be fair, this is all very sudden. Those of you who are Pathfinders were told that you would be exploring the island (but haven't been told much else) and those of you who aren't Pathfinders have either been bribed or promised glory or threatened to come here mandrake the job...

Hey man, Sarenrae herself called Raphael to do this.* Don't go cheapening it by saying he was bribed/threatened. :-P

* What Raphael believes to be true. Most likely not though.

Also, was the religion+planes spoiler meant for me and Suzu to read?

Hearing Suzumaru's comment, Raphael hands Harvey another pamphlet.

Hearing the other recruit's statement, Raphael frowns. "I doubt it'd be wise to underestimate this sorcerer fellow. Anybody who can move an island must have a great deal of power." He shrugs. "But if I'm mistaken, then if a group of 'greenies' could defeat him, we should have no problem with an even smaller risk of someone getting hurt." Almost to himself he adds, "I wonder what his plan is. Why move an island here? Why be so obvious?"

"Maybe to show power..."

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

Leafripper, who obviously seems bored, takes out his warhammer and says an Elven word:

Speakers of Elf:
Smash.

As soon as he says it, the warhammer shines a faint blue and crackles with vibrant blue electricity!

I'll leave you with the kids from that orphanage the Silver Crusaders shut down! They'll put ribbons in your beard again. I'll even by them the pink frilly ones!"

Leafripper tries to refrain a chuckle, but fails.

From what you describe, I agree. Whatever foulness causes plants to die, faces in rock formations to form and islands to move suddenly is probably what we are being summoned here for, and that many magical effects on such a small island can't be coincidence.

"Well, yea. Plus Islands usually don't move. When they do it's never good. Unless it's a dragon turtle, but then it probably wouldn't be on a map in the first place. "

"I highly doubt it's a dragon turtle....unless hey have a secret we don't know..."

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

"How about we hire someone?" Leafripper says. But as he says those words, he starts laughing at himself. "Forget I said that....NO ONE would want to come on an adventure like this...ha-hah!" He stops laughing abruptly and says,"No, I'm serious...could we hire someone?"

I can be here til 3:00, then i'll be back by 5:20

Male Half-elf Barbarian/9

Hey, guys I'm back!

"I'm not sure...",sas Leafripper as he starts etching something in his warhammer. "Maybe we won't need a Plan B....but I find that no such thing."

Orion leafs (pun intended) even as he continues the conversation.

Will save to understand reason of pun use: 1d20 - 1000 ⇒ (19) - 1000 = -981

There is a website that allows you to scold dice, but i don't know its name
It's Tumblr. Just google "Dice Shaming Tumblr" if you're curious.
