I was invisible, did it see me or do I get the 50% miss chance? I don't doubt it saw me (sneaky bastard!), but just checking where it is altitude wise too.
If I am bitten and grabbed, I assume it pulled me next to it too, per the grapple rules. Might actually help so I get more attacks, but let me know.

Kyffin will cast an extended Bull’s Strength on Al to give him a bit of a boost. He doesn’t have much else that’ll help though - or at least not much that won’t end quickly - long before the conversation and challenge can reasonably occur.
He'll also cast resist energy communal (fire) just in case on everyone - extending it with his rod.
When the party is done buffing Al, he'll push open the doors and stride into the room.

We do have a Hide from Undead, but smart undead get a pretty easy save (Will 14). So it's not as fool-proof as invisibility, but I can get all of us. If we're quick, maybe the wrong people won't notice right away.
