Kahru grunts as the beast's slam hits, otherwise ignoring it as he continues his assault. He calls out to Nokka as he swings, directing her to attack the bone creature.

"Fall, guardian!" Kahru swings his earth breaker twice, though the second one is far less accurate. His mighty jaws are two busy talking, and bite only air.

"Grrrr! I don't know what this thing is, and I don't care!" Kahru rushes into to the room, growling "Nokka, kylki!" as he passes the wolf, then moves around to the far side of the bone-monster. Directing Nokka to flank the wolf, then moving 40ft to the far side of the bone monster (counted dropping off the 5ft ledge as difficult terrain). Once in position, Kahru swings his earth breaker at the bone monster.

"Well, this seems straightforward enough. The eagle with Story Seeker, horse with Meadow Grass, griffin with Meditates in Sunlight, and bat with Tranquil Shadow. Let's get this cleaned up." Kahru begins picking up the larger pieces of sarcophagus and returning them to their rightful position and holding them in place while his allies apply the scavenger stone to restore the whole.

Kahru shoves the protesting owlbear back out of the room. "Girl, you're not gonna fit! Go back out and wait there!" After a few minutes of cajoling and many treats, Nokka stays, leaving Kahru free to help gather pieces. Taking 20.

"Nokka, you better stay out here, girl. I think you're just going to break things if you try to squeeze in."

Handle Animal to push for the Stay trick, companion, harness, owlbear: 1d20 + 8 + 4 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 8 + 4 + 2 - 2 = 14

Kahru would also like to explore the rest of the sepulcher.

His claws still long after climbing down into the pit to retrieve the coffin (I don't think I ever shifted back), Kahru quickly sizes up the wall and begins to ascend.

Kahru feels the power of Oiur's song, growling as he allows his anger to fuel his strength.

Strength, Rage, Song of Strength: 1d20 + 4 + 2 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 2 + 3 = 12 WELP. Save us, Obi-Wan Quinnobi, you're our only hope!

"The dog statue! Who has it? Quick, let's return it to its place!"

He once again concentrates, his features returning to bear form.

Appraise to aid, untrained: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3

"Lepo hyvin, tarinankerros." Kahru rises and turns to The Artist Formerly Known as Cudak Tanagak. "Yes, let's move on."

"That is what Hearth Keeper told us." Kahru places the ring upon the skeleton's finger, bows his head for a moment, and closes the sarcophagus.

Climbing from the pit, Kahru sighs. "Oso that's how it is. You better be careful with those kind of jokes, Quinn, or there'll be trouble bruin."

Once in position, he once again places his shoulder against the sarcophagus. He feels the powerful yet easy listening music flow through him as he times his heave to coincide with his allies efforts.

Strength, rage: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 2 = 21

"Such disrespect. I'll push from below, you pull from above, and we'll things put back right." Kahru takes a moment to focus, his ursine jaw shrinking a bit, while long claws jut from his fingers (shifting from bite attack to climb speed). He then climbs down into the pit and prepares to heave the sarcophagus back up to the platform.

If that doesn't trigger anything:

I'll assume that someone who's able uses Kahru's wand to heal him and Quinn. Two charges each ought to do it, I think.

Temp hp: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Kahru kneels and, cupping his hands, brings a sip of the clear water to his lips. He allows the rest to trickle between his fingers as he speaks to the departing spirits. "Lepo hyvin, kunnioitetut soturit."

Standing, he turns to the party, wincing at the movement of fresh bruises. "Quinn, that wand of yours has run out, yes? Then we shall use mine." He draws a wand and holds it out. "I'm afraid you'll have to do the activating, though." Kahru could use a couple of charges of healing, and is happy to share with Quinn and anyone else that was injured.

Kahru grunts as the spectral attack lands. "Let's get these things placed, then everybody out! The klar must go over there!" he says, pointing to the stele nearest the entrance. He then moves back out of the room, bustling Nokka out before him. Double move out, instructing Nokka to follow.

Kahru moves forward into the room (toward #3), looking for the proper place for the wooden earth breaker.

"Bolas here!" he shouts (indicating #3), then moves further in (toward #4). "Aha! This one goes here!" Reverently, he places the earth breaker totem in its proper place.

35ft of movement, move action to place wooden weapon.

"Nokka, puolustaa Oiur."

Kahru eagerly hefts the replica earth breaker. "Pity it's only a replica; great tales are told of this weapon, and of the warrior who wielded it."

" Thank you for your aid, cousin. We will gladly return you to your rest, if that is your desire. Pyydä henkeäsi ohjaamaan sinua."

"Greetings, honored cousin" Kahru says, with proper respect for an elder member of his Quah. "I am Kahru Kuun. These are my friends. We have come to repair the damage done to this place."

"Ah, thank you Quinn. Good as new, or near enough."

Kahru jumps from the stairs, rushing toward the ogre just in time to see Nokka topple the beast. Instead, he immediately looks to assess the owlbear's wound. "Hold still, girl, and let me get a look at you." Gently moving aside some feathers, he examines the gash left by the ogre's blade. "Hm. We better get you patched up. I don't like the look of that gash." He draws his wand of healing and looks to his companions. "Would one of you use this on Nokka, please?" Looking down at the blood trickling from his own wounds, he adds "And then you'd better use it on me as well, I suppose."

"Raaaaaaaah!" Karhu lets out his own roar and, ignoring the pain of the ogres' attacks, wades into nearer ogre. He swings his mighty earth breaker twice, then takes a savage bite at the creature for good measure. If that takes it down, he will also direct Nokka to attack the other.

If I remember right, Kahru gets to use his own rage boost, but doesn't have to spend a round of rage to do it. Nokka will accept the rage, though, so add one more to attack and damage from her.

"How dare you profane this place! Nokka, kill!" Flecks of spittle fly from Kahru's mouth as he rushes forward in a rage swinging his massive earthbreaker around in a wide arc. Move, rage, attack.

"Yes, you see that my friend here is strong" Kahru says, approaching Payah Against the Wind. "Together" he says, placing a large, fur-covered hand on Quinn's shoulder, "we are stronger still. Our people are strong too. Imagine how much stronger we could be working with the Society!" His voice gets louder as his oration continues. "I have worked long to build that combined strength, as have Oiur and Cousin to All and many others. We should use it to right our wrongs, not throw it away!" He growls and slams his fist into his open palm for emphasis.

Togimal in Shadow doesn't say much, but nods thoughtfully at Kahru's words. "A skinwalker, I presume?"

"Indeed."

Kahru continues speaking with Togimal in Shadow. His focus is on how the things he has learned as a Society agent have complemented his abilities and what he learned growing up as a member of his Quah, trying to extend that to a reason why the Shoanti should not dismiss a friendship with the Society.

Sensing an opportunity, Kahru continues to speak with Togimal in Shadow.

As Kahru finishes speaking, his features begin to elongate, his jaw jutting forward and his ears elongating as his once-bald head is covered in coarse brown hair.

Finally if anyone else wants to elaborate on the reason or meaning behind their name, I'd love to hear it! Reasons and ways of naming characters is something I find to be somewhat interesting, just I can only really have a clue of what it can mean when it's of Japanese origins (or English of course).

Kahru Kuun is Finnish for Bear Moon. I tend to pick a two-word phrase that describes my character, then play around in Google Translate until I find something that sounds appropriate for that character.

Kahru's rage grows with his size, foam flecking from his maw as he lays into the demon with two mighty swings and a ferocious bite!

Kahru recovers from his fatigue just as the new demon appears. He directs Nokka to flank with Kaya then, feeling the anger well up inside, he bellows a challenge and charges at the creature.
