Kaya maintains the attack on the Half-Orc who would really rather leave, sticking him again and making it clear she has no intention of allowing his retreat.

Kahru positions strategically and waits for the spectacle of an arriving Owlbear to lash out, but the Goat-headed demon just laughs as the blow misses. The Owlbear lashes out, but also finds the thing a bit hard to get a claw or beak onto.

Sorry for not taking over sooner, I got knocked out by a cold and stayed bedridden for the better part of two days, but I am back and ready to keep things going. Thank-you Fuzzfoot and Shifty for covering while I was away!

Eugressia’s magic missiles fly towards the short demon and surprisingly slam into the flesh of the demon. It gives a roar of pain and glares at the woman with flaming eyes. A voice resonates in Eugressia and Zyneste’s heads, the Abyssal sounding words resolving themselves into the more familiar Auran and Taldan respectfully. “I see you two would like to burn in abyssal fire first! I shall be glad to accommodate! ”

Uncertain how to handle this new, decidedly scary looking enemy, Kaya tries to take advantage of its distraction to sneak around and attempts a jab at where the kidney would be on a human.

Kaya tries to take advantage of the confusion on the battlefield and sneak around the smaller but significantly heavier demon, but she fails to find good cover from it and it tracks her movements across the battlefield with little interest, even dodging her rapier thrust at the last second.
It has a better perception bonus than that roll sadly, but Kaya do you have an ability that lets you hide in plain sight? ‘Cause unless you’ve got cover it’s not regularly possible.

It’s been over 24 hours since Fuzzfoot started round 5, I’m going to bot Oiur.
Oiurbot charges the demon and slams thier earthbreaker into its side. The demon dodges out of the way, clearly not fazed by the skald's actions.

The green half-orc, not being targetted anymor takes the moment to limp away from the battle.

Kahru gives a sniff with his bear nose and pinpoints the smell of that smoke billowing kind of demon. Feeling rested after his first rage the beast drops into another rage and practically flies across the battlefield growling an order to Nokka. His paws clomp down on the churned mud and grass of the battlefield and he brings his hammer around at full speed, slamming deep into the demon, spraying a little boiling blood back at the coldborn 1 fire damage to Kahru. His weapon leaves an impressive wound but he could have sworn it should be bigger...

The demon finally breaks eye contact with Zyneste and gives the large bear man an instantaneous look of fear and then immediately backs away from the man onto the other side of Nokka and starts to cast a spell.

While the red demon starts casting his spell, from the melee happening just north of the group another Brimorak Yes, the dice seem to love these guys! steps out of the fight. It looks down at the partially melted pink go-go boots gives off a sound that resonates in everyone's heads as a loud "Tch, They got blood on my boots, bastards!" The demon looks up and then gives a smile as it realizes that some new targets are out in the open. It gives its stubbly fingers a waggle and readies its garishly pink bastard sword. "Ohh, let's have some fun why don't we!"

Nokka takes a massive bite into the demon as it tries to cast a spell, spraying a little of the supremely hot blood around singeing quite a few of her feathers in the process. 3 fire damage to Nokka The demon then looses grasp of the spell it was casting and gives the owlbear a glare of annoyance.

Takumi is not quite able to recognize the spell based on the little bit of casting he saw. It was a high level spell, but beyond that he has no idea. Luckily there’s no worry anymore as Nokka put an end to any hope it getting cast.

Eugressia pulls out her wand and tries to chip away at one of the demons, but like many of the times before, the magic disperses before it can actually reach the demon's body.

The Crusader in the arguably garish YELLOW armor gives a moan of pain as he shifts to a sitting position, and clutches at Zyneste's feet. "Help me please, fair lady! I should be out there fighting not lying here in my own blood." The one with the pink feathers in his helmet gives a gurgle as he bleeds over the battlefield some more. The third, with his Cyan trimmed armor stays curled in a ball shuddering and crying over the giant gash in his stomach.

Don't forget the main reason you are here is to heal the crusaders. Focusing on the demons is admirable, but defeating them does little to help the rest of the tables, where as healing enough crusaders would.

We don't have many healers in this party. Maybe Oiur can do that instead of attacking this round, since they can use a wand.

If it comes down to botting them then certainly! Zyneste also has one of the best modifiers for heal in the group, and Kaya has a high enough UMD she could use her wand more often than not, and people can definitely try aiding one another. I'll admit someone with more of a healing focus would have been useful here.

Hi, Kahru should be enlarged now. Takumi started casting that last round.

Takumi's spell activates and Kahru suddenly doubles in size. He looks around uncertain what he can do to help. He steps closer to one of the injured lying on the ground, pulling out a wand but instead, turns to focus on the newly approaching demon, ready to throw a patch of grease under it as soon as it approaches one of his allies in melee or vice versa.

5-foot step, move: draw wand of infernal healing, standard: ready action to cast grease ref DC18 as soon as pink closes into melee or vice versa.

Meanwhile, the lantern archon flies to the next injured person and calls divine aid on it.

The lantern archon can only cast aid, which cannot stack, so would still need curing spells to top up to 10hp, unless it rolls good enough. Hopefully, someone who can use wand of clw can tag team with the archon for that. Otherwise, Takumi will do it with his wand of infernal but that is going to be VERY slow.

”You have this, right?” Oiur eyes the demon and pats Kahru on the shoulder. They then move towards the closest downed cyan crusader.

Zyneste leans over and tries to help the crusader at her feet but the battle raging around them proves distracting making it near impossible for her to remember the lesson of her past, to her great frustration. Don’t feel you have to use heal! Sorry if it felt like I was pressuring you to not shoot!

Takumi finishes the detailed and complicated kirigami of a large bear that when moved in the right way seems to double in size. With a flick he tosses the magic paper at Kahru who then actually doubles in size. The elf then pulls out a wand and a very slick piece of paper preparing to cast spells as needed. The lantern archon focuses on another downed crusader, bathing them in a healing light. Do lantern archons have a limit on the number of times they can use Aid?

Oiur and Kaya both decide that the two demons still on the field could readily be handled by Extra-Large Kahru and Nokka and instead focus on helping get people back on their feet, both of them pulling out wands as they approach the crusader in cyan trimmed armor.

The demon in the knee high pink boots gives an angry stomp, “Oi! Are you ignoring me! Rude!” They start to stomp after Kahru and crew, but before they can get more than a few steps Takumi tosses a piece of paper at the demon, it rapidly expanding into a large puddle of grease. The demon promptly falls over and then stands back up.

Kahru foaming at the giant maw, takes a swing at the much smaller demon, but just barely misses, how ever he brings it back around and the demon disappears in a splatter of demon bits. The bear’s maw doesn’t even get a chance to bite down. How ever some of his fur gets singed by the boiling blood of the demon. Nokka gives a slightly annoyed coo as her newest meal gets killed before she can even get a chance at nibbling on it!
Nokka can take another set of actions, as there's no target to attack in range. The grey schir is not on the map for it yet though

Another demon breaks off from the fighting to the north seeing the group as easy prey. A hunched over goat like form that the party remembers from that trapped safe house and Takumi and Eugressia remember is a schir demon steps up next to the brimorak... and promptly slips and falls on the grease.

Oiur and Kaya both use their healing wands on the crusader with the cyan trimmings. He finally uncurls from the fetal position and pulls out a holy symbol. "Thank-you I feel much better! Would you like me to try dispelling something for you?"

With the approaching demons momentarily delayed by the well placed grease, Zyneste concentrates harder on trying to heal the wounds of the dying man at her feet. She closes her eyes and tries to feel the wounds with the tips of her fingers rather than allowing her eyes to be distracted by the quick-flowing blood.

Pink was in sight, the grey schir came just afterwards.

Zyneste leans over and finally blocks out the sounds of the fighting just to the north, finding enough peace to find what she'd been doing wrong. With her dextrous fingers she feel the edge of the wound that was gushing so much blood and quickly gets it bandaged and presurized enough to stop the bleeding. The man stand up shakily and gives her a hug of thanks. He then reaches back and pulls out a holy symbol of Sarenrae and with a mighty bellow channels her divine power through the group, avoiding the demons. All but the deepest wounds close up at the divine light. The man gives them a salute and then moves off towards the aid tent. He channels 11 healing to all the pathfinders.
