Not sure who the Nethys-looking girl is. I'm guessing it isn't the creature? I'll proceed as if it isn't, but I might retcon if it is.

Jhalan strides towards the door, his falchion tightly kept in his hands. However, he chooses to hide in the corner, poised to strike.
Despite the description, double move. However, if we choose to lure the creature in our room (which appears to be a better course of action given the layout of the dungeon) it may turn to be an advantageous position later.

Jhalan disregards the bodies and prefers to look around. For all his mettle, he still can't shake off the feeling that the terrible slaver is still around, ready to jump on him...

The Keleshite is in his late twenties, wearing loose clothing typical of Qadiran origin and a metallic armor covering his chest. A turban covers his head, revealing his piercing blue eyes, aquiline nose and well-tended short beard. His face has already known too many hardships, as his many scars testify. He is quite muscular and has the strong hands of one who has worked since the earliest days of his childhood. A tall, shafted weapon called a fauchard rests next to him, the blade bearing many engravings and arabesque dedicated to the Dawnflower.

When one of his companions shows up, he extends his hand and introduces himself. "Well met, I am Jhalan Aajav, blade of the Dawnflower and righter of wrongdoings. I understand we are to work together on this mission."

It seems our party composition is very heavy on melee (4 melees, 1 healer, 1 wizard). Hence I would offer to play with a different character if our GM allows it and if the team is okay with it. I could bring an archer archaeologist bard instead, same level as Jhalan.

In my haste to post I completely forgot to take bless into account. Thanks for the reminder! I also forgot to use my Study ability as a swift action. Is it possible to still do it, since the effects of my attacks aren't resolved, please? That would be an extra +2 to hit and damage.

Moved tokens and added arrow on the map to clarify. Glancing through the western door to make sure there's no immediate danger coming from there, but otherwise heading northward.

Jhalan will keep the flail as a 2H weapon.

Jhalan looks amazed by what he has seen. "It makes sense. Master Shaine always spoke of the ancient rivalry between the serpentfolk and the cyclops, and the Azlanti too. Something has awakened this weapon - Slitherbane - and its power. While the threat remains, so will Slitherbane. Onwards, companions! Markolf, did you want to enlarge me once more?"

Jhalan looks very much impressed and follows Markolf insight. No, he doesn't run away. The other piece of insight!

He tries to communicate with the weapon known as Slitherbane, instilling his thoughts inside the weapon. "Err... is there anyone in there? I'm sorry, I'm not used to dealing with intelligent weapons. Can you tell us how to came to rest here?"

Just to be clear, does it mean that the weapon can cast these spells of its own will, or that the wielder casts them?
