Urman, I'm playing a cleric who can't advance and keeps wasting his exp because he's stuck at CON 10.952. I'm not asking to a Mace-Weilding, Undead-Only killing cleric. I'm just stymied by the fact that I have to get smelting or something else completely outside my role to get past the gate, but ALSO the investment I made in smelting is useless because the design pushes you to be good at something, not dabble.

If all this is going to change and be fixed, awesome.

Maybe you want to use Nightdrifters absolute excellent "spreadsheet". Thread here.

Under the "Training" tab, you can choose an ability. When clicking "suggestion", you get a list of every feat that raises that ability score, from which grade on, and by what amount calculated as "score/per XP". Very handy.

CON is boosted by: hit points, great fortitude, toughness, bravery, diehard(not implemented yet), bulwark, bodyguard(not implemented yet), medium armor proficiency, heavy armor proficiency, fortitude bonus, dragoon, unbreakabe, evangelist, healer, crusader, shield bash, shield block, shield slam, miner, recovery bonus, sawyer, smelter, tanner, BaB & power.

Hope this is of help to you.

Sine the DT market is so saturated, I'm looking to take one off your hands for a decent price :)

The offer was "at cost". I'll take one, too.

As always, feature requests are welcome. There are 2 that I can think of which are not completed:

*most efficient path to train to get a given feat (complicated to add)
*odds of doing X damage after Y attack (have the needed input data, just been putting it off)

Thanks for developing these "simple" calculators. I would have a hard time testing/playing PFO without them.

I would like an option in the trainings tab to merge plans, e.g. make 3 training plans, merge them, and make the 4th based on all three (like in EVEMon).

Also, when you are trading Person to Person, can you trade Abadar Credits for an item without being in the bank?

The answer is no, iirc. You'll have to withdraw the money from the bank. Then it's tradeable.

How's Rathglen for loot? I'll be sure to check out the AH there!

Rathglen has the "double/tripple starter goblin" bug. They drop more and better recipes than the bonedancer escalation mobs nw of Rathglen.

But i think it's stupid to exploit an obvious bug, so i stopped farming them.

Recipe: Steel Plate +3 is now up on the Thornkeep AH (unless someone bought it already). You're welcome. :)

Thanks. I will give TK another try. Have been there 2 times since the dsynch troubles and haven't had any problems. So i'll take a look.

The game is unplayable because you guys are not putting up enough stuff on the auctionhouse so I can work it(and feed my crafter)!

Get online and gather!

WTB Hemp Twine +2, Yew Stave +2 and Steel Sheet +2 recipe!

Exactly. The auction houses are almost empty. I need recipes "Steel Plate +2&+3", "Steel Ingot +1,+2&+3", "Basic Hide Sheet +2&+3" and "Weak Varnish +1,+2&+3". Oh, and of course the recipes Tyncale mentions.

So get out there you warriors and kill things! I am in Rathglen (over 20 recipes in AH btw <=advertisement).

For the record: just kidding. Have fun testing Alpha!

First of, i am absolutely clueless about hardware, so i can't be of any help on this topic.

But after Update 8, i couldn't load my char Hogar anymore. Enter World, loading textures, crash, iirc.

I logged another char, relogged to Hogar, and was falling through the sky. Relogged again, standing in the sky. Killed myself, respawn in TK.

So my suggestion: let him make a new char, log in, relog. Worked for me.

I am currently at 5/5 slots used, but I am up in the small Northern town.

I had over 20 recipe auctions running in Rathglen yesterday (advertisement). I think if you just add more things, the limit raises to 10,20,40 atm.

Thank you so very much. Love the Training calculator!

It's been clear--to me--that we'd eventually hit exactly that point in all of our Achievements, making them become a moot point. It seems an issue primarily for those who're sprinting ahead in one particular direction, and not spreading out their activities; that's behaviour that's almost never met with a lack of boredom in other games, and one hears the same messages from those players there as well.

This is, of course, boring (imo). It's getting interesting when i start farming for my settlement! In my opinion, all motivation will come from this source.

I can't tell: you have many Achievements; are you facing a demand for more that's caused you to be done?

Lol. Sorry, my bad. "Done" in the sense of: achieved everything gatherer-wise to raise miner as high as i want. Miner will improve naturally. I could ignore any other adventure achievement from now on, because i already reached the needed "maximum" of 121 adventure points needed for gathering skills.

Sorry for my bad english.

Interesting OP, my thoughts:

Graphics: I am fine with the models and landscape, and have seen improvements especially on buildings. I wish for better animations and, off-topic, better movement. Combat feels too static imo.

Achievements: I am a typical gatherer. I have miner 6 and around 124 adventure points. I am done <= bad english. I meant finished all achievements needed to raise gathering skills . Martial is at 56, subterfuge 25. I don't think the "gating" works as intended. I support the idea with the Goblin Balls. Let them throw money at GW!

Classes: "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet".

PvP: Don't like this. From the early Blogs, i had the impression everything outside the main roads, Starter Towns and Settlements is ffa. I am surprised PvP'ers will have such a hard time reputation-wise. Thus i support ffa everywhere except where NPC/PC law doesn't allow.

Crafting and Drops: No. Everything should be player made from the beginning. What Mbando said.

Focus: Agreed. Works in both directions. I don't want to dabble with shield or more than one armor feat to get high enough CON to raise miner/smelter.

My two coppers.

Have the same problem in TK. Several relog didn't worked.

Left TK hexes, relog, char seems to be ok.

Run back to TK, NPC missing and can't interact with bank or crafting stations. Relog, char stats in disaray again.

Maybe TK is too crowded? Will try again later. Have fun!

Goblin Squad Member

My experience:
-PC stop moving
-NPC still there but not interactable
-crafting stations not interactable
-trade does not work
-chat seems disrupted, not sure though

I experienced this while multiboxing to trade with myself: Hogar wanted to pass some stuff to Dergard. Dergard seemed to log in properly, but PC on his minimap weren't moving while they were on Hogars minimap. When Hogar initiated /trade, there was no trade popup on Dergards UI. Tried this several times, relogged Dergard several times, gave up.

Maybe connected to this:
-Playing with Hogar yesterday, shortly before i wanted to log off, i went to TK.
-Had the issues in TK described above, relogged, felt through a wonderful blue sky. ;)
-Relogged again, client tells me something of my map couldn't be loaded.
-Tried again and was this time standing in the sky (no land to be seen) with strangely blurred arms.
-Relogged, still sky. Killed myself, respawn in TK. Couldn't move, relog.
-Everything fine. ;)

We need to pull back from that pace for a bit to give them time to catch up on sleep and depressurize which is why we're extending our release date 4 weeks and not 2 weeks.

Many thanks to the team for the hard work. I am having fun in Alpha thus far. Banks and AH will be major improvements which i will enjoy very much.
