As Jakeric waits closer to the gates, Grizzlebin stalks ahead, following Guardian. "Cripes, you Pathfinders overthink things! Just see what's inside instead of messin' about with birds!"

Despite his gruff exterior, the agathion known as Grizzlebin has a good heart. While the others talk plans and schemes, he does some silly walks and pratfalls to keep the little kids of the Corvus and Gracchus families entertained.
"Heh, thanks pal, but I don't think that's gonna be somethin' I need to worry about," says Grizzlebin. And it proves to be completely true, as he suddenly vanishes from sight right in front of the helpful tavern worker!
Meanwhile, outside, Grizzlebin paces up and down the street, cooling off some and (mostly) avoiding scowling at any passers-by. He keeps his eyes opened for signs of giant bugs. He's not a bad kid, really. Just has a lot to learn . . .
"Fine, suit yourself!" says Grizzlebin. "But closing your eyes ain't gonna keep the boogeyman away." He pushes through the door angrily and stalks around outside.
"Yeah, like the giant bugs and missing kids!" says Grizzlebin. He looks around the table in a challenging stare. "C'mon, we were all thinking it!"
"He's Jakeric and I'm Grizzlebin. That won't be a problem, will it?" asks the bipedal bear-like creature.
"I think I'm into her," mumbles Grizzlebin as he follows the others into the mayor's office.
"It's not gonna matter, kid. If the mayor wants to hire us, he'll hire us, whether we stink or smell like roses. I'm with the big guy--let's get this done."
"I can speak for myself," declares the bear-like creature in a low growl. "But chatter makes me angry."
