I was just thumbing through my copy of Secrets of Magic, when I discovered that I am missing pages 192 - 199. I'm not full sure how to go about rectifying this, as the book did come out some time ago.
I am unsure what Suspended Pending means. Only half of my order has shipped so far, and I do not understand what occurred to prevent both books from shipping together. If there is something I can fix or do on my end, please let me know.
*edit for update* Is it normal for one pending order to suddenly be split into different shipments, and sent two different, and more expensive, delivery methods? *** what does pending suspended mean? ***
There has yet to be a pending charge to my credit card, so I got that going for me.
APG SE pending since July 10. Is that normal?I think most of us here have had it pending since the 10th. Mine has, though I did not ever actually get the order expected to ship email, it does show pending in my orders. If CS wasn't backed up to the beginning of the month I'd ask about it to make sure, but at this point it wouldn't get me a quick response. Can confirm, pending since July 10th.
Oh boy. I had set my APG to come with my humble bundle CRB and... that's now being delayed til November... Uh oh. Am I able to split these? Something similar happened to me months back, and they were able to split my order. I'd suggest making a separate post, and hopefully they'll be able to address it fairly quickly. This is the first time I didn't receive and authorization email, but I'm trusting that with my order showing that it's pending actually means it's pending.
I am tingling with anticipation, mostly since last months subscription got bundled with this one. |
