Well met Mayor Taryn! I'm Storm Blackfeather. says Storm with a small nod. Myself and my friends are in need of some quality wood but master Hartha toled us there have been some problems on its supply. She says lumberjacks are talking about some... uhm... problems with dragons?
I know its not a breath but an explosion centered in me. I just got carried away :)
fright check: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 4) = 12
effect: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 4) = 16
iniciative: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 5) = 10
C'mon man! What the hell's wrong with you? - Says Duncan waiting for the approaching men to come closer to the guy he's speaking to.
When the men gets within range of the Firebreath
Seems like its gonna be the hard way... - Duncan thinks to himself before bursting into action
Fast draw Axe (12): 3d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 6) = 12
Firebreath Dam: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 2, 5) = 17
What I want? A barril of bear and a pair of good t~*~ - says Duncan with a grin calmly walking towarsds the man that spoke to him - but you win me if you'll just let me rest for an half hour or so without having to put up with stupid kobolds
My intention is to get closer to the guy and when I'm in range I'll cast a fireball at the guys closer to the doors
It's odd but I still have the map when we were helping the family going to the keep...
Akkramar, Lukas, maibe it would be better if you focus your fire at the men on the back. I'll be engaged with the men on the fires
When everyone is ready, Duncan moves out to the open and casually moves in the direction of one of the groups of men trying to start a fire, brushing his hands on one another. When he's noticed by the bandits he smirks and says while he continues his approach:
F**K I'm so tired of these stupid kobolds. Hey, my hands are getting fu**ing cold. You guys need help with those fires? No one makes a good fire like me.
uhm... I need to train my control of these fireballs... mumbles Duncan to himself then turning to his friends he adds: Guys be on the ready, I'm gonna go for the men on the front and throe a fireball on the men on the back.
Duncan whispers to his companions: I can hurl a fireball at the men close to the doors to start the attack… Or do you prefer a more stealthy approach?
Duncan moves into position (not to hit anyone but to get as much rats as possible) and KAMEHAME!
Breath: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 5, 5) = 18
after Seamus acts...
If I can use my breath on the rats whithout hiting anyone:
Duncan faces the throng of rats with smirck and inhales hard. When he exhales he cries Kamehame and gulfs of flames fry the rats in front of him to crisps.
Kamehame: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 1, 6) = 14
After giving some time to Akkramar, Duncan leads the group going after him. Shield and Axe on the ready.
I have Nightvision(x2) and I use perception (but I don't know my lvl of it)
I can get 3 or 4 torches and leave them at close to the entrance in case the villagers need to run back here.
I'm ready to go.
I think the man is giving us all he can. I'm in of course. I agree with Lucas, save the people and and if the opportunity presents itself then we'll capture someone. I'm just gonna tell Nighthill that the dragon, as far as I could get it, is beeing ordered by the robbed figures outside the city. Then I'm good to go!
I tell it to Nighthill then I go to the tunnels
Guys, does anyone remembers the story we uncover? I think its time to tell it to the governor.
We only did what we should. Akkramar will help with those wounds. Linan, Cuth stay safe guys.
After leaving the family in hands of Akkramar Duncan joins Seamus looking for whomever's in charge of the defenses.
Duncan moves toward the family and sees if they are ok, and if they are rally them to continue moving.
Thanks Seamus! I had it on my computer at work but at home :)
Lets finish with this one Z'orto, then you go help the familiy while I take care of the flying one
axe: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 2) = 103d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 5, 2) + 6 = 16
block (shield): 3d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 6) = 12
Mathallas can you post the link again to the page where you have the schematics of the fight? I can't find it
While moving from the spot of the attack to downed ship Kesh shares what he knows of these creatures you can all read the spoiler
dodge(9 with penalty): 3d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 3) = 12
Duncan tries to dodge the arrow and smashes the human with his axe
Battleaxe (14): 3d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3) = 103d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5, 2) + 6 = 17
The adrenaline keeps the pain away while Duncan blocks the human attack and and answears with his battleaxe
shield(13): 3d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 5) = 11
Battleaxe(14): 3d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 6) = 133d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5, 3) + 6 = 18
sorry forgot the dodge&block
dodge: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 1) = 8
block: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 6) = 13
This is taking a long time and we risk to be overrun by kobolds so Duncan decides to risk it and burn everyone around him - I only have enemies close to me right?
Burn Dam: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 4, 4) = 15
Duncan dodges to of the kobolds attaks and blocks the third with his shield
Block with shield: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 2) = 9 (I have 13 with shield but I dont know the math for the blocking)
then he positions to kill another of this wrethed creatures
Iniciative: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 3) = 13
Akkramar and Seamus (or Lukas) have tripled in the roll20.net :)
If I don't hit any of our group (one of the Akkramars is relatively close) I cast the "auto-ignite" spell to catch the 3 kobolds near me I must think of a name for it
auto-ignite damage: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 2, 5) = 16
I cheked the excel and it is implosion yes... but the power was originaly fire:
Burning 4d [20]: area 2yards +50%; emanation -20%; Limited use 10x -10%; 1MP p activar -4pontos = [20]
How does this implosion works? is it the same 4D damage but without fire(works)?
forgot to say that if the way is not up, I skip the part that I talk to Z'orto
Is the way to the keep strait up in the map? If it is:
Z'orto! Get the family to pass between us on the way to the keep.
Then I want to position so that I don't catch Z'orto and cast my "breath weapon to get as many kobolds as I can without creating more fires in the houses. If I cannot do it then I attack the nearest kobold.
Breath Weapon: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 6, 1) = 14
or
Attack: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 3) = 103d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 3, 4) + 6 = 19
I attack on the opposite side of Seamus
Attack: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 1) = 93d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 4, 2) + 6 = 15
Akkramar is hiting the closest one so I run towards the 2nd closest (the one on the right I guess). 5 hexes means 25 feet? ee
I want to charge the kobold.
Can I attack the kobold nerest to me or is he to far away?
I think that the best thing to do is to get this family to the keep and whomever we find on the way.
There goes the plan of catching the hooded guys controling the dragon - mumbles Duncan to himself - ...well like my uncle used to say: a good kobold is a dead kobold
If I can, I charge to the closest kobold and attack him. If I can't I want to run and place myself between the kobolds and the human family to attack the next round.
If I can attack
attack: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2) = 13
Dam if hits: 3d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 3, 5) + 6 = 19
dodge -1 check
Guys dont show up yet. We need to get rid of the hooded figures. we could try to get closer and when the dragon goes for another attack, or leaves their side we should be ready to attack them.
If the armor is better then the one I have then I'll use it. ofc :)
We need to get those robed moth&% f*#%&s
I'm torned apart on this one... I'll go with you where you decide
When Lucas is about to start his questioning and Akkramar is doing his stuff with the head, Duncan grabs one of the prisioners by the hair and with his imposing body (gigantism) over the guy tells him ominously:
You wont be so lucky as Fat if you dont start talking... no you be able to jump from the cliff, you'll die slowly... very slowly
Muito fixe!
When I said I would warn... I meant that I want to go now and warn the city. We deal with the mine later, we just have to memorize how we get here again.
I still can't read it:
This site can’t be reachedhttps’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I'll continue on the clues the other are saying
So we must decide on warning the city or gamble that we find the one behind this on the mine... I would warn the city first.
While piloting the ship Kesh keeps runting on the coms to control his adrenaline...
Shields are going down! Quig do your stuff. Odo if you dont know where the weapons are then go help Quig. And do it fast! He's fighting a swarm bug and we need him to take care of shields. Are all castrovelians fighting bugs? Someone go to the ship weapons FFS! I want to give that pervert a kick in the nuts and gain time to escape the alley
Odo while we travel you studied the ship to know where things are (at least I think that we all did that, not sure if you did) and I would say that... the weapons would be one of the main things Odo would pay atention to :)
Piloting: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
DM, I can't read the notes. It gives an error...
Well mmet guys! We thought we were the only ones alive also. I'm glad we find you in time. says Duncan while he gave them his waterskin You look like you need a couple of beers but for now you'll have to do with some fresh water (smile)
Before thinking of selling, if the armour/weapons is better then ours, then we better divide it between ourselfs.
Probably the head will be enouph... but man it will stink... a lot on our way back
I got rope... but I think we need more of it - says Duncan evaluating the distance
uhm... -7... I'm not feeling that lucky :)
Lukas, your negociations went very well. We were not attack immediately - says Duncan with a grin
Can I cast a fireball at the fleeing hobgoblin or is he out of range?
