Dripple is busy making sure his clothes stay dry to maintain his Dry Guy cover identity. The stress of concentrating nearly makes him sweat! But he keeps his cool and stays dry while the others try and talk their way in to this encampment.

I think we roll, then if thats less than the normal fixed, you can take the fixed instead (average rounded up)

Anyone who hugs Dripple is probably surprised and possibly grossed out with how soggy he is. It does not deter the hydrokinetic goblin however. It's fresh clean water after all. And people don't take enough baths. Definitely most goblins don't.

"Shooting cold at ghosts works better than shooting water is all I know... Water goes right through them, but the cold hurts them at least some. But they are scary, so running away works better than either!"

Dripple's mix of tactical and non-helpful musings leads him to another thought. "I wonder why getting shot with water hurts so much for most things anyway... It's so refreshing!"

Dripple holds his nose when the skunks get to work. He frequently / constantly washes so is much cleaner than your average goblin and has a more offendable sense of smell.
