Greetings everyone.
Do you think a "sandbox game" would be doable in the Lost Omens setting?
I want to play a solo sandbox campaign, but I'm not sure what to do.
Thank you in advance for your time and answers.

Note: I'm not going to play Kingmaker, I've already played it as a CRPG.

Guys, I'm very sorry, but I need a couple of days to get better. I caught a very bad cold, my head feels just like two balloons [cit.], I need some time to recovery. I'll try to write something Friday or Saturday, ok? Meanwhile I will get tested for COVID, hoping everything will be fine.

He/Him | GMT+0200

Will we be able to wrap up things before the start of PaizoCon Online? Or should I choose another character for my table there?

I don't ask for a poem or a novel, but a simple "Game is cancelled, sorry everyone" would be appreciated.

While no one likes having a game go away (with a few exceptions, depending on how the game was shaping up...), I know enough people with depression, RSD, etc. to have some idea how hard it can be to even do that much when you're in a spiral. DeathQuaker has had some good posts about that in the Online Campaigns General Discussion subforum.

I've been diagnosed with major depression almost 15 years ago. I went through very horrible times, but I never disappeared without giving the people who were counting on me a little notice, at least.

And that's why I'm worried for GM Minotaur. He didn't look like the kind of person to disappear completely, thus I fear something very, very bad happened to him, something that's preventing him to contact us, or everyone else on the web.

That's unfortunately typical here...it's not just you.

That's both reassuring and depressing at the same time.

I have signed up with my level 1 Investigator, but if needed I can switch to an Inquisitor, a Slayer, or a Kineticist (this one though I'm not sure will work as I think it would), each level 1.

He/Him | GMT+0200

Still no news, and I'm still quite preoccupied. I don't care so much about the game—yet it would be nice to play—, but I'm really worried about @GM Minotaur.

Ok, if I see this Quest is taking too long I will just change my character for that Scenario.

I may have to make a new one, but that's ok, I still need to make a Radiant Oath and a Verdant Wheel ones.

Hey, you're right!

Will we make it before the start, or should I change my character for that Scenario?

Kinda surprised there's not a "Perception" based job. =/

Players roll Perception checks every 30 seconds at the table, be it PFS or home game. Maybe they did that on purpose.

I'm so very sorry for being late, but I didn't knew we had already begun. I've left my introduction as brief as I could, mainly because my character didn't knew what to say. I hope everything is alright, I will write better post in the future.

No, I didn't meant that, sorry if it sounded like so. I think we're all concerned about the GM's health, I just wanted to voclize that.

He/Him | GMT+0200

I'm more concerned about @GM Minotaur's well being than about the adventure, I really hope nothing bad happened to him or his relatives.

We've finished the Scenario and I didn't die. This calls for a celebration.

Thanks everyone for the fun time. Hopefully Syco will be able to see Haltani again in the future.

@phaeton_nz do you need a contact to send us the Chronicles?

Recruitment for The Silverhex Chronicles has been reopened.

I'm looking for 1-3 more players to add to the party for this Quest. The party is still at the beginning of the adventure, so you won't have missed much.

Recruitment will close once again at 11:59pm Tuesday, May 10, 2022 (GMT+0200).

The requirement of running another PbP adventure in return has been lifted.

If Game Master Tea allows it you could play one of your 1st levels.

Chances are it wouldn't disrupt the tier and with the adjustment you get for being out of subtier your character would still be effective.

That would be great! My character will probably die, but at least I'll get to play!

I would be really glad to join, but all my PCs are level 1 and I don't want to play a pregen.

Hey all, how's it going?

Recently I dived headfirst into PbP games, both as PC and as GM, but it's starting to become complicated juggling all those tables at the same time. I don't want to leave any of that, I have plenty of spare time to play in all of them, but I don't know how to organize them to keep them under better control.

As of now I have my Chrome window always open with pinned tabs for each GSlides I'm using, AoN, Paizo, HLO, and Google Translate; I check the forum almost every hour I'm at my desktop, focusing the view on my active threads, but I start messing a bit my characters and mostly my GM's threads.

What do you use to organize your campaigns? Beside Paizo Campaign Tools extension, are you using any other software to keep track of your PbP games here on the boards?

Thank you in advance for your help and time.

Looking for two more for Ambush in Absalom to help two newbies getting acquainted with Pathfinder 1E, the PbP, and the Society. If anyone feels like helping out it would be much appreciated.

Hey, I'm really liking the whole personality that is rolling for this character. The question I have for you guys is: How raunchy can my insults be? I'm challenging myself to never have a word interfered with by the #$%^&%& interdictor, but that still gets me a lot of leeway.

Vulgarity is no big deal for me, I myself am a big foul mouth IRL when the situation permits it. Just maybe try not to exaggerate, or you risk playing a caricature which will become old pretty fast.

Hey Maglok, first of all thanks for your service, very handy.

Second, I wanted to ask what's the state of the site. I've noticed that there are a few major things still missing, like the ability to make PFS2E characters, or PFS1E character of the Concordance faction. Are you working on these issues at the moment?

I thought as much. I don't know if it's possible without interfering with all the ongoing online games, but I think this site really needs a good polish and dusting.

Should have posted this earlier, apologies.

Recruitment for Quest #1: The Sandstone Secret (Tier 1-2) open now.

I'm still checking every day for updates. I suspect the other players do the same thing.

Yeah, I do that too, mostly because I have a lot going on on the forums and I have a pinned tab alway open on them.

But I'm truly worried about our GM, his silence is very strange.

I've heard of the timestamps problem, hadn't experienced myself yet though.

I think that maybe they should think about updating the forum, solve the major issues while perhaps giving us some QoL, but this is quite the hot take since I know nothing about how sites like this works.

I could think about it, but right now I only have that one. Maybe I'll buy more in the near future.

Hi guys, I want to tell you that I will have a bit of things going on IRL from Friday 5/6 to Sunday 5/8. I should be able to post, but if you don't see any update from me it's just because I will be very busy those days.

Interested wiht this character (level 1). if you want to run a higher tier table, I will opt out. Let me know.

I will run for lvl 1 characters, don't worry.

Hey guys, I have a lvl 1 bard with a year worth of dust on him, would like to play some PFS2E with him again.

I really would like to play in #1-01: The Absalom Initiation, but I'm not too picky and any 1st level adventure would be nice.

I don't understand if this is an issue on my end or the site's, but almost every time I post on the forums it takes several refreshes to see what I posted (30 to 60 seconds usually). That's a bit inconvenient, since it may lead someone to think their post hasn't been sent, making them post more and creating duplicates. I've already cleared my cache, but it didn't change much.

Also sometimes I get a blank page with a danger sign on the upper left, saying something about backtracking too much, when I try to post or edit something. What can I do about this?

Thank you in advance for your help and time.

Since some time has passed since my last check of this post, I was wondering if there's going to be any news about this issue.

To be fair I'm not even playing PFS2E at this time, but I'm still curious about this.

Hey guys, I'm going to run Crypt of the Everflame (and maybe the other two Modules in the series) for a party of four PCs. If anyone's interested please let me know here, I'll be preparing the Recruitment thread in the meantime.

I don't know why, but this is the most fast paced PbP game I've ever had. Every time I check the forum for new posts there are 3-4 new posts here, and I check pretty frequently. That's a very good thing, and I want to thank you all for this!

He/Him | GMT+0200

Hey @GM Minotaur, all good? It's been a week since you posted, has something happened?

I'm going to run Ambush in Absalom for a couple friends I'm trying to get involved into PFS and PbP. Welcoming both bewbies and veterans alike, if you want to try or have time to spare check the Recruitment thread here.

Ok, since we are part of the Pathfinder Society, I think I'll bring my own character then (at first I thought we were just villagers, thus my idea of playing a pregen).

Player Name: Diaz Ex Machina
Character Name: Belayneh of the Bended Fig
Organized Play #: 161295
Character #: 6
Faction: Silver Crusade
Day Job Check: n/a

Player: Diaz Ex Machina
Character/Class/Level (pregen or own character): I'd like to use one of the pregens, but need more info about them
Played/GMed this scenario before: No/No

For how long will PaizoCon Online run? I see it'll start on the 27th of May, but when will the PbP games end?
