Dave picks up the paper and reads the names, Brandur, Oathbreaker Bosk, Ramyla, Timinic, Pemak... Dave hands the note to the elf Xusius, and pauses to consider, The first two names are dead on that list...with three to go...if the killer is going in order this Ramyla is next.. Dave looks concerned as he looks up to the others, So here's what we know...Brandur was poisoned...but not by Bosk like we thought... Dave rest his hands on his weapons confident and at ease. Seems to me this is a 'hit list', and our resident assassin is trying to cover up any and all connection to himself or herself. You all want to go to the safe house immediately.. Dave turns a suspicious eye on his group... Exactly how do you know where the safehouse is? The VC never got around to telling us...are one of you working for the enemy trying to get me to reveal where it is? Because, I don't know! Exactly what is your game? Dave is genuinely suspicious of Benard and Yangrit at this point.. sense motive: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 Guys did I miss something...I don't mind playing Dave as kind of a slow witted fool..but I went over everything so far and I didn't catch anything that indicated we already knew where the safe house was...*Bosk* did...but he's dead...so the next coarse of action would be to go to place we can find no?..(the distillery or the poisoners..) What am I missing ..I understand we need to save the agent..but we don't know where he's at...perhaps it was something I said when Dave mentioned, "I think we need to find that safe house sooner rather than later...someone is in grave danger I fear. Dave bends over the Dead Dwarf's body and does a cursory examination..heal: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17 He sniffs the odor coming off the dead body and notes the Rigor mortis still had hold of some of the Dwarfs outer limbs.
