I don't know if you saw these, but the headband of ninjitsu and the mythic feat mirror dodge are nice. The mirror dodge allows you to soak up a hit at the cost of a mythic point to negate the damage and an up-to-30' teleport jump - but maybe you just want to jump to another flanking position on the same critter. I've only had it long enough to use it once or twice, but I'm still in love with the idea.

Yes, I'm running the Dragonbane game. I've spent a fair bit of time putting the rules into a Foundry ... channel? world? I forget ... so the players, who don't have the rulebook, can look things up and create their characters. I have a sketch of a session and a Tuesday deadline, but we are pretty chill. I have kept them entertained on a night when I had no time to prepare anything. I always strive to have something ready, though. Anything less feels like disrespect for their time. I remember seeing Joana on the boards often, but don't think I've ever been in one of her? their? games. I don't get into the conversation side of the boards much anymore. It's pbp boards, then move on.

I have only been turned off enough to want out of two games. I'm pretty chill, I like to think, and go with the flow. Those games were high-tension with one person dictating all of the others' actions. I saw them through and they were epic, but for a while, they weren't fun. When I was in a bad spot at work, I was supplementing with games. Every time a game would slow down, I would add another. When they all got busy, I was buried, but I loved it. Right now I have three or four games here that I think would be considered active and probably that many again that are intermittent or on hiatus, announced or not. If I actually go count, I might feel guilty about all the time I'm spending on them... I've finally got some real-time (but remote) games going again, but neither is currently Pathfinder. A friend has smashed together a sci-fi game with Delta Green undertones and it's starting to get weird. We just landed on a nearly-abandoned space station and the first inhabitant we met wasn't human anymore. The other game, just finished session zero, is a trial of Dragonbane. I've been wanting to try it for a while and I have willing guinea pigs, so I'm going for it.

My contributions:
For skills, he continues to be maxed out on Acrobatics, Bluff, Disable Device, Perception, Stealth, and Use Magical Device. Nearly so on Escape Artist. I do need to remember that I have skill unlocks with Damiel. These could be fun. He has them for Acrobatics, Disable Device, and Stealth. Standing up no longer provokes an AoO for Damiel and his chances for setting off a trap accidentally have decreased drastically. He's a stealth monster, but it's still cool to get some extra sugar from doing it well.

Not looking at anything exciting here - for someone with such crazy Dexterity, not having Combat Reflexes seems silly. But then, he's not the melee striker - we really don't need him to be. Similarly, he's not bad with a rapier, but why invest in a melee weapon to make him better when he never draws it? Agile Maneuvers might be useful if he's using CMB. He could take Ranged Trip... that uses Dex automatically, never mind. And it's a full-round action - I could be more useful putting more missiles in the air, I think. Though giving the melee hitters a free AoO does seem useful. Decisions, decisions. Right now, I'm leaning toward Combat Reflexes and Improved Snap Shot so if someone tries to approach me as a ranged combatant, I can shoot them for their temerity before they reach me.

"Well, I can't shoot what I can't see. Let's see if Ansha's playthings are visible. Yeah, looks like one of the big demons and some cow-men. They are a little far out to do my best work, though. Hey, Morgrym! Arigoder! You busy?" 35' for him to get to where he can see and they are out of range of anything interesting. I'm tempted to hold my attack until I can make it count.

The archer steps closer to the battle and calls on his mythic power to drive a shot that catches their foe off-guard and maximize the attack. Mythic point for a swift action Surprise Strike to make her flat-footed and bypass her DR. I believe if you trigger an action on your turn that triggers an AoO from you, you are able to take that AoO. In the right corner case, it can apparently get quite silly. Apologies for late notice, but I have embarked on my annual autumn excursion to Someplace Else(TM) and so my availability and access may not be what they generally are. It looks like I should be able to post in the evenings, but can make no guarantees, so please feel free to bot my character as necessary.

Damiel waits for the leaping paladin to not affect his mobility, then strides forward to within 30' activating his skirmisher ability and allowing him to roll damage as if the target was flat-footed and takes two shots, the second fueled by his mythic nature. Standard range, 30’ I could use an ability to get her flat-footed, but requires movement, which reduces the number of attacks I can make. So I can shoot up to five times without sneak attack or two times with it. I need to do some math, but I just haven’t had time.

I can put five arrows in the air if I don’t move. That doesn’t allow me to get any sneak attack, so the damage potential falls off. I’ll have to play with it.

GM:
Not arguing, but I can see Ansha's point. It's easy to forget an unusual grid size and we've not only been on this map for several months, real-time, we also didn't place ourselves on the map - at least, I didn't. OK, friends, I'm at a loss what I should do with my highly mobile archer looking at a room so cramped I think I suffer an AoO anywhere I stand. Should I go into melee here? I don't think I stand a chance of surviving if she decides to focus on me, but if she's distracted from Arigoder and Morgrym for a round, that might kill her, too. Very open to suggestions.
