Same. I'll remember Opera, Shelyn, Mr. Smiley, and Points quite fondly.

Rat, probably

hmmm posting in other games but not posting here or answering PM's.

I think that's a wrap folks. I'll still keep someone's eye peeled in case things change but I think this is the end.

Rat, probably

Hmmm looks like they have not entirely vanished. Still hoping for word......

Understood Merelda, hope you get on the mend quickly.

First post is up.

You'll see a link for "Combat Slides". As you have the opportunity, I'd like everyone to check it out to ensure you have access. While you're there, go ahead and please place setup your standard marching orders on slide 1.

Any questions don't hesitate to ask.

I stick close to Thumbs unless I find something edible and/or sensitive. I'm not butting my tile in the line up and just using Pollux for where I am.

No worries from me.

Sorry guys, between mental health issues, ever piling work, and taking on way too many projects I found less and less time to put in the work this game deserves. Worse the longer I spent away the more anxiety I felt about coming back. I had finally worked the nerve to kill it but it looks like you took the initiative and weren't kept in limbo. So, if there's anything you need me to do real fast to make the transition easier lemme know so I can disappear back into the stress void.

Hey boss, overjoyed to know you are ok. For a given value of ok anyway. Take things easy to the extent you can. You are more than the stress and the projects. I'll keep my eye open if/when you come back. I really enjoy your games.

Good luck.

Hmmm post got eaten. Something was hungry.

I'm unfamiliar with slides but I'm sure it will work just fine.

Now I'm off to murder a salad. Where is my fauchard-fork.....

GM RePete

I have to admit I am a pretty random poster. I have been having some life issues lately so I have been extra random. I can aim for the pace you recommend but I guarantee I'll miss it sometimes.

Same. What worries me is that it'll take decades to complete at this pace, even if the GM comes back.

It is not the end of the journey that is important it is the spleens you eat along the way.

Seriously. PBP Adventure paths never reach the end of the story. At least not that I have seen. The format is just too fragile and too slow. You have to enjoy it while it lasts.

Rat, probably

Still here.

Sometimes this happens. It is usually worth riding out the gaps.

Rat, probably

Well done!

Time to snooze and let the body recover from this insult. Glad you made it.

Rat, probably

Best of luck points.

Well that is quite the winter-gift. Remind me to eviscerate your secret Santa.

Best of luck.

Maintaining a good pace is TOUGH. I've tried on my games to keep them moving but sometimes( like right now) you just hit a WALL.

Or life intervenes and things get hectic. And then you feel bad because you are behind. And then you avoid going on the boards because you feel bad because you are behind. And then you are MORE behind and then somebody steals the perfectly good heart you had ripening under the floorboards. And the whole world explodes.

or is that just me?

Rat, probably

Learning that sometimes things just don't get done can be a hard lesson.
Best of luck.

Rat, probably

Despite a series of unfortunate events Thumbs managed to find their through the flaming forest.

Just in time for an update it seems. Hope you are feeling better Tark.

Congrats Spikes! Looks like a good book.
The Sorcerer w/hexes sounds really fun to play.

Hey all. Thumbs is going to be playing Hansel and Gretel in the hundred acre woods from August 29th to Sept 3/4. Contact will be limited especially if I can steal all the white pebbles.

Rat, probably

Take the time you need. Be as well as you can be.

Rat, probably

That militia needs more debauchery and less healthy living. They roll entirely too well. Points, time to get busy. ;7)

Rat, probably

Anyone else having issues getting into the map? I'm just getting a loading screen once I activate Hell's Rebels in roll d20.

I am the lord of the dance said he.

Castor sneaks silently up to Shelyn while they sleep.....

...and lies back and naps beside them.

Castor dissapears before Tiny wakes up of course. Have to preserve the street cred.

Rat, probably

You got it boss! Thumbs just updated spells for the party.

*squeak*

Rat, probably

Have a good Vacation Shelyn. I like the disguise.

Will this be taking place before or after curfew?

All correct boss. If nothing else Thumbs is curious to see if the apprentice poisoner is still in business. Before curfew if possible. Best done quickly and all that

Please you are much more a Robin. You attract attention, like bright colors, and will ultimately get mainly killed by a pinstriped clown with a crowbar.

Rat, probably

I am the night!

Rat, probably

What!? Me? I'm harmless. Why I haven't even killed anyone in ..(checking watch, mutters "...three..two..one..and one for luck!") ... 24 hours!

Rat, probably

Note I actually quite like dogs.. Not so much ham sandwiches.

Rat, probably

Castor unobtrusively observes the proceedings. Stealth +18 if a check is needed.

...squeek...

Oi' let the rat in would you. It's cold out here.

In this party, you'll quickly find out... You have no choice. MWAHAHAHAH!

I've finally got around to do something I should have started long along: taking notes on the whole story. Does anyone want me to put them on a Google Doc share, or something like that?

That is a very tasty idea. It gets tiring just reading over your shoulder.

Rat, probably

Hey all if any of you are interested I have an opening in my Savage Worlds Necessary Evil-Invasion campaign.

And I just threw up an interest thread for a Savage Worlds Pathfinder campaign.

Feel free to hop in, ask questions, or just point and laugh.

Rat, probably

Hmmmm with a dedicated inquisitor and the dragon I think there is an actual threat of progress on the piper/saboteur/writer front. I am interested is seeing where this goes.

Rat, probably

<eating some bread dipped in something red>

Agreed. Thumbs is interested in what will happen once the winged figment meets the imaginary musician.

<scampers off leaving red paw prints>

Rat, probably

So far as I know we just have the one lair.

Rat, probably

The rat returns triumphant. Shovel returned, paw-prints smoothed, alibis established.

Rat, probably

Off to go take care of some personnel problems, assuming I can find a shovel. Should be back in the land of net connection and twitter drama in about a week.

See you in a bit.

Rat, probably

Thumbs would black ball you out of spite but I've overruled them. I think it will be fun to watch you and Beorn bounce off each other until the dying starts.

So I'm thinking of starting another game in the sort of kind of when i finally feel satisfied future. This is the short blurb for it so far.

** spoiler omitted **...

Sounds interesting. I am pretty system agnostic, so long as there are eyeballs. Path2 struck me as trying to move in a lower crunch/more squishy direction. I have only glanced at the SRD's but it seems workable. It might smooth out some of Path1's bumps and pitfalls.

Rat, probably

Thumbs will not be chasing the dragon. The con was too well thought out and executed to have "fly clumsily down the street in broad daylight" as the dismount. But Thumbs might be overthinking things. In any case facing even a jumped up Charizard with only Opera for backup seems contraindicated.

Rat, probably

Oo! Oo! Me! Me! Me!

Castor leaps up and down waving a pink paw.

Good luck on the research.

Rat, probably

Abyss Are we moving into rounds or is this still a free-for-all?

I.e does Thumbs have to wait before cursing the Roving Reptile?

Rat, probably

[/b]"OOOOOoooooo..... Where are we on this list?"[/b] Castor asks looking over your shoulder.

Rat, probably

Merelda My apologies but Evil Eye does not suffer from the once per person per day limitation. It is one of the Hex's strengths.

Well that bit of trolling should annoy our friend.

@Merelda If I am being actually annoying let me know. I am unskilled at trolling.

Just so you know I am all for pointless theatrics, especially when there are snacks.

Mmmmm these herbs are quite tasty.
