I’m trying to build a character based off Katsuki Bakugo from the anime My Hero Academia. The character shoots explosions out of his hands and can use them to maneuver. They are typically within a close to touch sort of range. I’m just looking for advice on how to best build a character as close to him as possible. I’ve been out of the game for a few years, so I’d really like some help creating pathfinders version of him.

My friend is running an 11th level gestalt campaign, and I want the most broken gestalt build possible. Could you guys give me ideas of what to do? Thank you!
As soon as the man grabs Eleanor he rolls avoid many attacks, but one catches him and his eyes fill with rage. He lets go of Eleanor and goes to attack Marla. Meanwhile chaos ensues and many people are falling and looting is happening.

The scream sounds again, this time those if you that speak both common and undercommon can understand that the voice is begging for mercy in a Hodge podge of the languages, and the accent is definitely a surface elf.
Goroglak moves closer and the shape becomes more distinct, it is now that your realize the sound of screaming seems to be coming from a frigate on the shore of an underground River.

Eleanor swings her claws at the man, but he Dodges out of the way, yet her fist connects with his jaw giving a resounding crunch. At this time the others in the tavern start to get riled up, all hell breaks loose as a bottle of whiskey breaks on a man's head. People start to fight and the bar keep shakes his head as he goes into the back room.
Goroglak you round the corner and see a faint shape in the distance and the lapping of water grows louder. Then the sound of a scream fills the cavern.
Eleanor rushes up and slaps the man, he is blasted in the chest by a bolt of cold energy. The Slaver swings his club at Eleanor, but she catches the club and it breaks in her hand. At the same time Marla rushes and teleports behind him striking in the back, but her strike moves him out of the way of Phaelanna's hair. Finally Audria attempts to trip him, but he keeps his footing.
The ceilings are about 15 feet tall.
(All that got 15 on the sense motive realize he is trying to get the Drow t to help him stop Marla) the man pros or his club (roll iniative)

The man backs up a bit his hand going fire a club at his side, "Y'all are in this together, well I'll have yet know that this 'ere girl is my property and y'll have ta go through me to get her, she'll catch a pretty penny in the Drow city, I know 'ow much they love aasimar," (Make sense motive checks everyone)
Zak: he finishes his prayer and looks to you as you ask your question. His head nods, "I believe your book is in the holy room allow me to retrieve it," he heads back in the door he emerged from. Seconds later he returns holding a book bound in white leather, "I believe this belongs to you now." (Make knowledge Geography checks to know if there are any bodies of water underground around here)
The man turns to Elenor and grins, "A Drow? Wasn't expecting one of you to ask, but I think she'd run you bout a thousand gold..." His voice years is as he sees the human woman and other Drow woman talking to his property, "One second miss," he stands up and stomps over to Marla and Phaelanna before grabbing Audria by the shoulder, "Something wrong my little angel," the sarcasm in his voice is heavy, "We don't want any terrible, do we?"

You all reside in the infamous Snapping Turtle Tavern. Inside the crowded interior are many people, humans, Drow, elves, dwarves, Halflings and everything in between. The door of the tavern swings open and a burly man shoves his way in. In front of him is a platinum haired woman (Audria). He forces her into seat and he goes to the bar ordering a drink.
You ask start the descent into the stairs, but Goroglak heard something, the distract rushing of water. In addition the air smells of rotting wood.
it is the city of the Drow, the link I put up earlier head all the info for the setting thus far. The once a day is fine. Just take off I've level for those templates.

Will the gestalted ones remain one level lower than non-gestalted? Tempted to through in something else but not sure what. yes they will be over level lower at all times.

Goroglak you post down the dark doorway and see a staircase and drawn across a step is a very thin wire, almost invisible. Zaknador you find him praying in front is the mithral statue. His lips moving in an unspoken prayer.
Alright that's awesome, pay the crunch and you will be ready to go. One more thing though, it's Balserius and he is a God not a goddess, though they is really just flavor.
Just use what Adam said, I'm fine with it.

Goroglak you find no way in, but Malkaer you saunter over and pull on one book and the shelf slides back.
As Goroglak listens next to the book care, he can hear the faint rushing off wind.
Other then the stuff from before and the PC's magic items, there is nothing of magic.
You may use the template but you would be a lower level then everyone else.
Depends on the template.
