"I be meetin' ya thar when yer ready then."

You go back and get the raft and Cap't Lester leads you out the passageway west. You come to another chamber. sewers13

In the tunnel ahead, a raised landing sits inches
above the sewage. In the wall sit three dark portholes:
one facing south and two facing east. A dark yellow green
substance slicks the hewn stone landing in
spots. This strange, mucus-like fluid also rims the
porthole facing south, as well as the eastbound
porthole closest to the south facing one. All three
holes lead into darkness. The muted crash of waves
echoes in the distance through the three tunnels.

"The silk be to the north about a mile."

"The Silk could be a couple of places. I would suggest heading into the sewers north first."

"100 Gp per trip"

"That can be reached by the channel entrance. It is about 15 minutes by my raft."

Leialoha, he seems sincere to you. But then again....

"So you are wantin' to go into the sewers and ya want a guide and a raft? Well, no one knows the sewers like me;) I knows the ways in that the dragoons don't watch."
