Kurn is designed for the sea and worships a sea God,so although I have no objection to a land based campaign in principle, some sea travel would be nice to give him something to do other than channel healing, annoy Stefnir and hate the witch!

I don't mind which option is chosen, but option 2 seems the simplest for the DM.

Nombir will be taking a second level of Cleric. We just need to keep an eye on Erizi, as he's our primary combat muscle to be fair. Maybe we just need to keep feeding him!

I'm Brett and I live in Exmouth as well. I'm wargamer as well really and have been for 20 years, but FW has drawn me over to the dark side of roleplay over the years! He has me playing Legacy of Fire with Scranford on PBP at the moment and that's good fun.

The stats for Kurn the Bastard, Chosen of Krakis are:

STR: 5d6 = 22
DEX: 3d6 = 14
CON: 3d6 = 9
INT: 5d6 = 15
WIS: 3d6 = 8 +2 racial bonus as a half-elf = 10
CHA: 5d6 = 19

You'll have to wait until I've worked everything else, with FW's help I suspect.

FW - I've added my character as an alias and he's called Nombir Kadesh. Can you see the stats, or do I need to post as him? Being new to PBP I don't know.

He's taken the Earth and Travel Domains as discussed, with selective channelling and extra turning as feats.

He has a light crossbow for ranged stuff, a morning star and shield for combat when necessary and he has AC 19.

Any thoughts?

I'm heading towards the "Seeking Adventure" at the moment and the Wayfinder may prove useful! The Cleric for hire idea is in my mind, but not a full on mercenary if get what I mean?

I recommend that you all buy a healing potion each if you can.

As and when we obtain treasure, I will be asking for contributions towards party healing items please, such as anti-toxins, healing potions etc. I hope that will be ok with you all?
